            I have ordered one of the wallets they have online. When the package arrived I saw they sent the wrong one. I have tried to email customer advice multiple times Ive the past month with no response. I have even tried then I bet they have on file and it has been nonworking. I just want to return the item and get all my money back. Poor business service especially when you cannot get a response from anyone.

            I ordered 2 outlast power banks for $113.59 and got confirmation on the order back on 10-24-24. Till this day I have not received anything form them. I have sent several emails and getting no response. They sent me a text asking me how I like the power banks and I responded that I have not received them. NO RESPONSE!! The number on their web site is no good. Looks like I got **********. Wished I read the reviews! That's horrible people!!

            I ordered (Order was confirmed) their magnetic gun mount that was on sale. It was for 2 of their mounts as they were only selling in pairs. I paid for order on 10/26/24 but it still hasnt shipped. It assigned a bogus **** tracking number that claims it is ready to ship but has not been received by the **** (as of 10/28/24 at 9:27 PM). I attempted to call them at the telephone number posted on their website but is not a valid number. I have sent several emails and have not received a reply. I am confused how a company can legally get away with scamming so many people without any legal or criminal action being taken.I want a refund for my purchase since it was never shipped/received.

            I ordered products from this vendor on 10/31. I received a email saying they were sending my products ,but have yet to ship the items or confirm a ship date

            I have tried to contact the company as when I placed the order my address was converted to an old address. I was not able to get a hold of the company, one phone number just hangs up and the other number given to me by my cc company goes straight to a voicemail that is not working. The website states that they 24/7 customer support and cannot find out how to get a hold of them. I have emailed and no answer.

            I ordered 2 magnetic holders. They are not near as strong as implied and wont work for my application. That is okay. Here is their return / refund policy. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order about the refund needed and follow the instructions to return the item back to our warehouse. Please contact us by email at s****t@armotechusa.*** to receive the return instructions, items must be received in the warehouse within the 30 day guarantee. They do go on to mention that if they do approve the return it will include a restock fee. The catch is that they do not respond to emails and their website phone number is not valid. Seven days has passed with no response from them but they have seven emails from me. Horrible service

            GARBAGE COMPANY! They should be put out of business.First off, there needs to be a LESS THAN ONE or ZERO stars selection. I ordered an item and it did not fit my needs. I have requested a return label 4 times with NO RESPONSE from this company. I then tried to call them and request it. Funny thing is, the phone number listed on their website contains too many numbers and will not connect if you leave off the last number. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER! The Florida ************************ needs to investigate them NOW!

            Absolute Garbage, save your money..I ordered four of the gun mounts the magnet this week and barely holds the pistol. The website is misleading, saying that the mount itself is magnetic and theres absolutely nothing magnetic about it. The website also says they come with instructions. There are no instructions in any boxes. I also ordered the wallet which is absolute junk. Its made of pleather and barely holds any cash. The one I ordered is not the one I received. I tried to contact them and their Listed number is disconnected. I sent an email with no response. I got burned, hopefully you dont, Buyer BEWARE

            Deceptive practices. I wanted to return my order and followed the instructions and contacted them via email multiple times with no response. How convenient that they wont accept a return without obtaining a return authorization from them first. Avoid this company that doesnt stand by its own product.
