    I ordered 2 gun mounts from Armotech on 12/13/24. Received an email with a tracking # on 12/14/24 that has since, never updated from **** awaiting the package. Today is 1/7/25. Their site claims "fast 3 day shipping and 24/7 support". I have attempted contact by email several times with no reply whatsoever. Thier phone # has too many digits and I have found no other ways to make contact. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge if I do not have some form of contact from them soon.

    I bought two products from them the first one was a magnet gun holder that was a plastic piece of junk that was advertised coming with a free gift which I never received. Then I bought a charging device that does not charge and came with a $20 dollar gift card I did not receive. I have emailed the company but they have not returned any of my emails. The phone number on their site does not work.

    Armotech sold a product that does not match what they are selling. I have tried to call them and the phone number is disconnected, I have tried to email them to request a refund and return and no response. This product does not secure my gun as stated by the company. They are blatantly ignoring my request for return and refund. My order was not fulfilled as well since they offered a 20 dollar gift card which never came with this order. I want my refund and I want to return this product. This is stealing from the consumer and falsely advertising to mislead a consumer to purchase their items and then give them no honest way of returning or getting a refund by not answer emails and advertising false contact information.

    I am trying to return my order. I emailed numerous times. I called the phone number on the website and it says the number is not in service. ***************. I tried taking a 3 off the end as it's too long but it says there are phone restrictions. The live chat also doesn't work. When I ****** the address it comes up and other businesses and not the company they claim to be.

    On 10/13/24. I ordered 2 magnetic gun holsters from armotech. I got an email shortly after saying my items are on there way. I tried tracking the package and there is no information with ****. I tried tracking the email through the website and it goes no where. I have sent 4 emails and have not received a response. I am disputing the charges with my bank in hopes they can resolve this issue.

    On 8/12/2024 I purchased a product from these people that the ad stated was $19.99 but was charged on two different charges. One for $21.95 and the second charge for $40.03 for a total of $61.98 for what was supposed to be a $19.99 charge. So I was deceived and fraudulently charged. I want my full purchase refunded asap. I also tried to contact these people thru their support desk and NO RESPONSE @ ********************************** and I have tried to call them @ ************** which is a bogus phone number. Just look how many digits are in the last 4 numbers. This is a bogus company and I want my money returned to me. These people should be imprisoned for stealing money from customers.

    On August 3, 2024, I submitted and paid for an "Outlast 4-in-1 *********** product in the amount of $104.95. On August 4, 2024 I added another item to the purchase, a "Magnetic Mount- Desert Sand", in the amount of $27.72. On August 5, 2024 I received an email that the items were shipped. On August 12, 2024 I received an email stating that my products had been delivered. When I checked the package on August 13, 2024, I only received the "Magnetic Mount" and did not receive the "***********. I have since sent several emails, and received no responses. The phone number on the website is wrong due to having too many numbers referenced.

    Recently received product from this company and it is NOT as described. Product is NOT magnetic and requires anchors to be installed to remain in place. Ordered this as a magnetic item to be placed in vehicle.Multiple emails and phone calls to NO avail. Website states 30 day money back guarantee but requires a response within 7 days.

    I purchased three magnetic mounts from this company. They have a no questions asked return policy within so many days of receiving. I emailed them the day I received the products stating that I found them to be cheap and wanted to return them for a refund. As you can see in my attached email, I have yet to hear back. I feel they are stalling so they don't have to honor my return request.
