    March 6th, 2024.I purchased 4 items in a "bundle". I paid roughly $120. I got confirmation from them via email that the order was processed. My bank confirmed the charge.Several hours later, an email was sent stating that the order was waiting for pickup by ***** However, in the confirmation email, they stated *** was delivering next day. The next day...nothing. The order number given along with the tracking number didn't exist beyond this company's information. I tried calling. The number has 1 too many numbers in it. So, I did process of elimination and got a new York number. I dialed it. It immediately hung up. I've tried every which way to contact these scum. I constantly get an email from "****", advertising more of their scam. I've replied every time. ******************** doesn't exist other than a po box in ******* and a fake ****** phone number listed in ********. Reporting to BBB is also a very lost cause, but I see others are in the same boat as me, so what the ****.

    Purchased a mount in March 2024. Still have not received it, business phone does not work and they do not respond to emails. I am still being charged for the item through a third party and I have not gotten it or a refund.

    I purchased some magnetic gun holsters thru their website, but upon receiving I decided they would not work out in my situation. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times to return with no response. The phone number on the website is to many digits long, so I found their phone number on BBB and that number is disconnected. I have emailed multiple times also with no response. I would like to notify others of the scam and possibly be able to return the product and get my money back.

    Sent wrong item, wouldnt respond to emails for 2 months. They finally did respond and sent a return label and I sent the product back. They said they were going to issue a refund and I should have it in 3-5 days. After 3 weeks I still have no refund, no product and they will not answer emails or phone calls.

    Ordered a product and cannot get shipping details. When researching the company the address is listed on their website is a police station in ***** **. After checking with BBB i see there are similar complaints. I ordered this off of *********

    I ordered items from them. Got confirmation email but nothing else. Says its an ******** company but theres no way it should take over 2 weeks to mail my items also while living in the same state! Emailed, no response, called, phone numbers dont work. I want a refund and i want them stopped!!

    I received the product on 12/21/23. After inspection, I realized the advertising for the product is false. You have to mount the product with screws, even though the videos show only the adhesive is needed. There was also supposed to be a free gift which was not included. The paperwork never mentions what the gift was supposed to be. On the day the product arrived, I reached out to return the product. I have emailed them on the following dates to the following emails:12/21/2023 ARMOTECH USA <********************************>12/28/2023 ARMOTECH USA <********************************>12/31/2023 ********************************** <**********************************>01/15/2023 ********************************** <**********************************>I also tried calling ************* and I get a message that says the number is not taking calls at this time and to try back later.I uploaded the instructions and the order confirmation.

    Thanks BBB for your help and followup.

    I did finally hear back from company.  I returned the product and after a couple more follow up emails, I got notification on 02/10 that a refund was processed.

    I will check my CC statement to verify it.  They said it would take 3-5 business days to it to appear.

    While this seems to be resolved, it is still worth a red flag that it took almost 2 months to resolve.

    I ordered their magnetic mount that was on sale in December. It was for 2 of their mounts as theynwere only selling in *********** order that i paid for never arrived, i never recieved it. I attempted to call them *** their number posted on theit site is not a valid number. I have sent sent several emails and recieved no reply. I want a refund for my purchase since it was never recieved.

    I purchased 2 mounts and 2 pads, I set them both up in my trucks both the pads failed in 3 days. It will not let me upload the image, however I will email to whom ever replays. I emailed them3 days ago to no response.

    I placed an order on 12/16/23 for 3 items on their website. I received my order confirmation. But I havent received a shipping confirmation for my goods and when I tried calling several times their phone number is disconnected. I emailed them last week and didnt receive a response. I try checking order status on their website and that doesnt work. There is Zero communication with them! I am going to dispute that purchase. These items were meant to be a Christmas gift!
