    Same problem as everyone else. Placed an order 12/15/23 with 3-5 day shipping. Order is still in pre shipment with no viable way to contact the company. Definitely a scam. Emails go unanswered and the phone number is fake as well. I got this as a sponsored ad on instagram

    ordered 12/10/23 for $71.95 2 emails confirming order with correct information of shipping and billing address, order details and amount. No correspondence since first email to state it has been shipped as stated in previous emails. Attempted to contact several times thru their web site and thru my private email with no response. I called the 2 numbers several times and it is an invalid number. I wanted my product, now I just want credit refunded to my credit card that was charged.web site address: *************************************** Email address: ******************************** phone number provided by website- *************. No, I did not add another 3 by mistake. My credit card company gave me a phone number that was provided by the "company" when charged to my account. ************. The mailing address is in *******. The phone number is from ******** but is neither one of them are valid.

    I placed the order on December 3rd 2023. I received immediate email confirmations. Since then, I have no status updates on the order, and the company has gone dark. The phone number on their website has the wrong number of digits. The phone number the BBB provided doesn't accept calls. Their order tracker on the website does nothing.This company appears to be a scam that harvested customers' money via Instagram ads. I will issue a chargeback from my CC company if I do not receive an immediate refund.

    I followed an ad for their two pack magnetic mount. The ad specified a 25% discount listed as Xmas 25. However, after checking out I found that the discount was not applied. Additionally, a $1.99 additional fee was added to my order without my consent for shipping protection.The company phone number is bogus and they don't reply to email.

    I ordered product from business. It hasnt been sent, shipper says its waiting for product. Cant get ahold of company. Not returning emails, phone disconnected, cant track package from their website. Scammed out of my money! They added shipping protection to the order that I didnt request. Help!

    I ordered a product from ArmoTech USA online since their product looked like something my husband would like for christmas. I ordered it and received 2 confirmation emails. Something didn't sit right with me so I started to research the company more. I found an astonishing amount of negative reviews for the product. I decided then that I wanted to cancel my order before they even had time to package and mail it out. I emailed customer support via their website and then through my own email. I also tried calling them, but their phone number had 1 too many digits, was disconnected, and from NY when the company is supposed to be stationed in **. I cannot get anyone from the company to respond back to an email to confirm a cancellation and their customer support link you can't even click on. I would like my order cancelled an monies refunded that they have already deducted. There are also no ways to do the live chat even though it's listed.

    After I sent several emails to different email addresses I was able to locate, the company reached back out to me and refunded me the money I had paid them so far.

    The links to customer service in the confirmation emails and on their website are not functional. It is a bit concerning as it seems like a scam. I was able to send an email by manually adding the contact, but have never received a response. I was also offered a free wallet with a designated order amount and then billed for the free item.

    Date of transaction:12.1.23. Amount paid to company:$109.75. Business claimed to provide a product. When I contacted the company for a promo code forgotten, no response was given. Company phone number on website is not correct. This is a scam. The address listed for the business is a different business.

    I ordered a product. Received it fast enough. However, one of the items does now work the way it should (I believe I received an item that is defective. Just want a replacement. Ive been reaching out to them but the number listed is bogus. And I cand find any other way to reach them. I have emailed them twice with no response.
