I didn’t even have a clue the place had been closed. No one contacted me. Last email I got was at the end of 2021 saying my surgery could possible be canceled for missing info so I needed to respond. I responded right away and nothing. I have been sent from clinic to clinic before landing with them. I don’t even know who to contact. They need to refund my money at this point. I don’t even want the doctor anymore.

I dont even know where to start. I have been getting throw it around with ************** going from place to place. Now I have been waiting on a refund forever customer service zero punctuality zero and concern to customers zero I do not recommend this place to anyone for anything for any reason. And now the company is permanently closed and I still have no refine no one to talk to. I feel violated, and I want my money.

The company I was supposed to get my BLL done through I paid them little over $2,000 I requested a refund in September 2022 and on the patient portal it said that i was refunded on October 3, 2022 to my original payment method ***** its January 2023 and I still havent seen my refund on my original payment method that I used to pay the $2000 so Ive been calling all last week the week before and I didnt get no answer. So today during my lunch break, I called and I got an answer I asked to speak to the refund department and the lady sent me the invoice supposed to show proof of the refund. I looked at the invoice the credit card number that they have up there is not mines.. nor does it match my original payment method which is posted in my patient portal so I decide to call back now all of a sudden the refund department isnt available. This is fraud and embezzlement and I will not only *** I will get the *** involve!!

Mannnn this company is a straight ******* company!!! Had a procedure scheduled with Dr ***** originally at ************* found out he left them and went to Prestige. Requested a refund in May of 2022! Received a check did a mobile deposit through my bank at the time. A few days later my account was in the negative all because the company reversed the check stating they thought it was *****!!!! How when you sent me the check because I requested for a refund! Account closed is still in the negative and then janky *** people have yet to fix the nightmare that they have caused. Still no refund still no answers. Ask for upper management and corporate I get the run arounds. Now when I call its saying that the company is closed. These people need to pay for the damage that they are causing people. Running off with people hard earned money smh I want my money still Im not letting up

This people are scamming and stealing money from many different costumers. They always cancel appointments for not reasons. When they cancel they don't event reply why. Then they used excuses like, you did nto send certain thing, when they did not asked. Even if they did, they should call the costumer if after some time they are not receiving what they they are claim to be the reason of cancellation. Is one way that they used to steal **** due to cancellation from the clinic

I really respect customers taking the time to do reviews. When you are researching, reviews matter. I've been researching & following ************** for the last few years. I have heard nothing but great things about him. Beyond excited to meet King ***** & allow him to do his magic. I had a procedure schedule for March 2022, that I scheduled about 1 1/2 years ago. Unfortunately, I had to request a refund for the procedure, that I paid well into. Requested the refund 5/5/22 & I was aware of the ***** business days to process. As of today, no communication about the update. I have emailed, called every contact I had to get a response. I call the office and the representative states my refund was request 6/2/22 & will process within ***** business days...which is not correct. However, when I originally requested the refund I had a team of billing representatives reaching out to me. Now, I was advised that Prestige Aesthetic Center only has **ONE***billing contact person, Dulce *** which she does not respond to any emails or calls. I requested to speak with a manager only to be placed on hold for 45 mins or longer. I still didn't speak with the manager or received any update. This is very unprofessional & I am very upset knowing such great surgeons has a very unorganized staff.****************Unpleased with the billing *********************

This place is terribly unprofessional! I put down a deposit to have surgery done by **************** at ******* only to find out that he was supposably be here at Prestige. Then I received an email two days after I found out he was here saying that he's no longer at this location. I have been calling for well over two months just to speak with someone in upper management or in the billing department to request a refund and every time I call, the staff says they can only send a request or send a ticket so that someone could call me back. It's been TWO months of me calling and no one has bothered to follow up or call me in regard to this matter. I am so mad ******* was even allowed to send over my information without my consent to this ghetto unprofessional piece of business. People work too hard to be scammed like this. Legal action will be taken against this company and hopefully will be shut down soon!

I originally booked surgery with Dr Boulos who was with Jolie, he transferred from Jolie to Prestige without my knowledge! I didn’t find this information out until I contacted Jolie to find out when I’d be receiving my medical clearance paperwork, only to find out he’d be transferred. Prestige them calls me 1 month before my surgery date to advise he is no longer working at that office and I could get a refund or switch Drs. I requested for a refund that I’ve been waiting for since Oct 2021. I was promised by Chelsea in Feb that I’d have my refund in 2 weeks here it is April and still haven’t received anything! I called today to learn that Chelsea no longer works for the facility so now I’m just stuck in limbo! This facility is fraud! I will be filing a class action lawsuit for my money and suffering of time that I’ve spent calling and stressing over my funds that have been stolen from me! I wouldn’t recommend this company for my dog!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR PLASTIC SURGERY ! I had a scheduled surgery in which was paid off and had a date. Closer to my date my portal stopped working and I called the business and was informed that my doctor had switch facilities and my information was switched over. This went on for months back and forth switching. So i finally requested a refund and I disclosed that the bank account that I paid with was closed and would like a check. Called several times upon not receiving refund. Once refund was recieved it was only a partial refund. When i spoke with them I was informed that they returned my money to my “closed” bank account and given a reference number. Bank informed me that they did no such thing now they are refusing to refund me my money & im now going to get my lawyer involved because this has been such an emotional toll & a complete financial WASTE.

Staff has minimal of common sense, knowledge of what they are doing is little to none. They filled out my EDD forms without knowledge of what they were doing, did not put any medical code or diagnosis and did not inform me of them supposedly not filing SDI. I do not know what the process is of getting hired there but apparently, they must just need to show up and act like they know what they are doing. It makes me wonder if they are forging the doctor's signature because I am pretty sure he would have notified them that they do not file for SDI. Overall, the staff makes the clinic unorganized and unprofessional.
