On going, possible closing date 8/24/23 Leecorp was paid $171K to place a new mobile home on the site I own .The business Leecorp Homes committed to place a new mobile home on the site I own, following the specs they **** up and were approved.Leecorp has not lived up to its agreement with poor workmanship and service. * Leecorp built a mobile home smaller than the design indicated. The mobile home was to be 36 X 23 but is 34 1/2 X 21 3/4 making all the rooms inside the mobile home too small especially the 2nd bedroom where a bed cannot fit.* The carport was 11 ft wide however Leecorp Homes placed 3 1/2 ft steps in the middle of the carport leading to a door on the side of the home, making it impossible to fit 1 car under the carport. **** from LeeCorp Homes suggestion was to remove the steps AFTER the closing and use the front door as my entrance leaving a door on the side of the home where the steps were and with a 5 ft drop to concrete. I would be open to the elements when I got out of the car to go inside, We get heavy rains down here. * Leecorp also tore up my driveway and refused to repave it. * Lastly and very suspicious, LeeCorp wants to close on the property BEFORE the walk through.I was only able to gain access to the inside of the home when a worker left the door open. I have tried to get LeeCorp to fix these issues many times but it has fallen on deaf ears, they have not budged and all they want to do is close on this home and go on to something else. I feel this was deliberate to save money and a total disregard to our agreement. To have a closing before a walk through just tells me they are hiding something and now I know what. I have photos and emails regarding all of this.

    Business response

****************** was gifted a brand new home through the generosity of the ******************** and the ******* Foundation. The home was funded completely by the ******************** and the ******* Foundation. ****************** received exactly what was contracted between Leecorp Homes and the ********************, which the ******************** has confirmed to be accurate and is very pleased with the finished product. With the efforts of both Leecorp Homes and the ********************, the permitting process and production/on-site work was expedited to order to get ********************** in his home quickly as possible. ****************** was not asked to contribute any of his own money for the home build, therefore is not being pushed to close...as there is no closing to occur. He received the home as a gift...it's a shame he does not see it that way. Feel free to make this response public.
