******** Homes that they sold me is great. ******** came out and made repairs for me. Leecorp does not finish what they start. I have several miscellaneous items on the outside finish of my house that need completed. Just one person coming out could probably get everything done. I have stated over that I might as well have somebody and do it myself and they keep saying dont do it we will be out. Thats been several weeks ago and I still have heard nothing. The sales rep had my doorbell placed On the back porch. It is useless there because nobody can get up on the porch unless they come through my house. The doorbell is supposed to be on the front porch. ******** Homes showed me how the sales rep has indicated wrong on the drawing and Leecorp will not take responsibility for that. The outside of work is sloppy as all get out they dont know how to miter corners and they use pieces that have already been use and have nail holes and s**** holes in them. They have not talked between the house and the carport so I get constant rain flowing down the outside of the house onto anything in the carport. I am very unsatisfied with Leecorp. Be careful what you sign up for. They are more interested in selling houses and moving onto the next one then they are in finish and what they start.Review from Michael M

This is our second complaint versus Lee Corp. The first generated an unsatisfactory resort(faulty toilets-frequently repaired during warranty period, required extensive repair shortly following warranty period). Our second, and current complaint involves literally 100s of paint chips flying off from our roof. We have been and continue to pickup these paint chips all over our and our neighbors yards. Although less frequent now, they remain a constant "headache". Lee Corp did send a representative here 3-4 weeks ago, who inspected the roof and confirmed that the chips were emanating from our roof. We have not been advised of the reason for this, or what remedial action should be taken. Although we are out of the warranty period, one would certainly not expect this condition to occur. We are therefore seeking an explanation, and compensation for the requisite picking up of 200-300 paint chips from the yard, etc. We tossed many, but retained a large number as evidence of the vexing problem. All told, we have spent over twenty hours bending over, picking up these chips. The latest tally(3/24/22): six chips.
