    - Transaction on 1/4 at 9:10pm - Parked at ******************************************************** - Paid $8 for 2 hours - overstayed by ~20 minutes - business is now charging me a $85 overstay fee. This is characteristic of poorly regulated parking businesses in ******* that are allowed to capitalize on basic, minor human error, such as miscalculations in timing needed to exit the building.- extortionately high fee for the level of error/mistake made.- this type of cavalier and brazen business practice needs to be adresses by institutions like the BBB in order to protect consumers from absurd fees that the business obviously does not need to function but also are set completely arbitrarily.- business tries to avoid disputes/scrutiny by offering a more reasonable $45 early payment fee.- while I did overstay, I did not do this on purpose and never expected that a business would feel comfortable attempting to charge this high of a fee for such a small mistake. This borders on usury.

On 12/3/24 I waited in my vehicle in an unoccupied parking space, in a parking lot apparently managed by this company, for a takeout order from a food truck located in the parking lot. On 12/5/24 I received a notice in the mail, including licence plate photos labeled entry and exit, claiming that I owed $45 "in accordance with the terms of the Parking Contract clearly displayed at the parking facility." I never agreed to any such terms and no attendant ever approached me to inform me that I would have to leave or pay, and $45 for one-half hour is not at all reasonable. In spite of this, my wife sent a check for this amount, but it has not been cashed as of 1/14/25. I just received a "notice of non-compliance-final notice," with an amount due of $85, and threatening referral to collections. I intend to ignore this notice and am filing this complaint for unscrupulous business practice.

I received a letter in regarding to paying a parking ticket. I attempted to pay the ticket online and it says no parking charges found for this number. Now Im getting the letter again that it is over due and I have to pay $115. I attempted to pay the ticket online, I should not pay late fees because of an error from the business part.

This is a predatory business. They use cameras to scan your car license plate and charge you for driving on their parking lot even if you dont park, or pay using ParkByApp which is what they tell you to use. I paid on the *** and still received $85 in charges. I of course will not be paying any of their fees but they need to be investigated and closed immediately.

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Professional Parking Management regarding a parking ticket I received on January 10, 2025.I parked my vehicle on where the only sign indicating parking restrictions was located behind my parking spot and was heavily obscured by graffiti. The only reason i noticed this sign was after I saw the ticket on my vehicle and searched for it. There was no visible sign in front of my vehicle to alert me to any parking restrictions.Despite this lack of clear and legible signage, I received a ticket for $55, which I find both unreasonable and unjust. Professional Parking Management has a responsibility to maintain visible and legible signage to inform drivers of parking rules. I have tried to call with no response I respectfully request your assistance in addressing this issue by contacting Professional Parking Management to review and dismiss this ticket. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

I parked in a parking lot that did not have a sign saying I needed to make a payment. I always make my payments to avoid fines, but not being a local in *****, I wasnt aware that the lot was one you had to pay. I called customer service to let them know of the issue and they said they had payment signs everywhere in the lot, but the space I parked in didnt have a sign. There was not one that I could see otherwise I would have paid to avoid this trouble. I sent a dispute with as much detail as I could and asked if they could waive the fee since this was my first time and again I didnt see a payment sign anywhere and within seconds of sending the dispute, I was rejected. The dispute wasnt even given a chance nor do I think they reviewed and confirmed what I was saying. Anyone who really cared to give someone a chance to dispute would go to the lot themselves and double check that the signs are actually there! Also I was only parked for 15 minutes. The other 14 minutes I was there, I was in the car deciding if I should stay or go. I wasnt actually parked yet as it was still in drive (not parked). According to their contract on their website, there is a 15 minute grace *******

I parked at the parking lot ******************************************* and paid through the app PayByPhone posted at the front of the parking lot code ***** on 11/29/2024 starting 7:45pm to 8:45pm. The ticket issued to me was for $115 for non-payment of parking. When I sent over the dispute to ************************************* I was provided the response "Please note that the payment data submitted corresponds to an incorrect parking zone. Payments are only accepted when the correct zone is selected within the app. Zone numbers are clearly displayed throughout the facility and also visible in the app. For this specific location, the correct zone number is *****. This dispute has been declined and payment is due immediately" on 12/15/2024. In the dispute, I provided a screenshot of the correct PayByPhone zone *****. Today 1/8/2025 I received a reminder notice for the $115 for the parking time 7:44pm-8:46pm on 11/29/2024. Again, I had paid for the time 7:45pm-8:45pm through PayByPhone zone ***** and made sure to get to my care before 8:45pm.

I received a bill for overstaying the parking which already came with an exorbitant fee of $20.35 for two hours. The bill was double the cost at $46. When the appeal was denied there was only a single button in the response they provided which initiated a second appeal. Once that initiated I could not see the appeal on the second-partie's website, I could not pay the fee, and I was told on the phone that Profressional Parking would not assist me in resolving the problem. Additionally, the ****************** does not have any contact information available and I am unable to view my case on their website. I believe this agency participates in predatory and unnecessary scare tactics to exploit local residents.

The vehicle was parked in a lot for about 20 minutes but I was billed $85 for 40 minutes. I paid the bill since I had entered the lot. (711-583-715) I then received a second bill for another day that I NEVER entered the lot for $85 (101-055-677) and a third bill for Miami for $90 ( 813-357-692) I was never in *****! I tried to dispute the charges but did not understand how to upload info that would prove I did not enter the property. The time stamps of my plate are very similar for each of the three infractions they claim. Since I did not know how to produce proof to dispute the charges, I paid them but now I am receiving final invoices for non-payment. This company is definitely scamming people and charging exorbitant amount. There is no number to call to verify payment or confirm charges, so I am not even sure how to stop this from going to collection. The car is currently in storage so I better not see any more charges! What a racket PPM has going. I paid $175 for nothing because I can't prove I wasnt there.
