My wife recently dropped me off at a music venue parking lot in ************************* and came back a few hours later to pick me up at the same spot. Parking in downtown ********************** is difficult at best, so this is a much easier solution. A couple of weeks later, I received a "Notice of Non-Compliance" from a company called Professional Parking Management, showing two photos that one of their cameras had taken of our vehicle. They were time-stamped with the time she had dropped me off and the time she had picked me up. *** claimed that my vehicle had been "parked" there the whole time. I explained my situation, which they could easily verify by looking at security camera photos minutes later, showing that my vehicle had left. I disputed the charge twice, and even sent a written letter from venue management, verifying my claim. The *** response was to immediately deny my claim both times and demand immediate payment and threats of further penalties. I have since gone online to find that there have been thousands of complaints against ***, as well as class action lawsuits. *** regularly uses illegally obtained driver info, protected under the 1994 DPPA. They should not be allowed to do business, as they are a scam operation. I have reported this incident to the city, so that they may further investigate the predatory parking practices of Professional Parking Management. They give the city a bad name.

An absolute scam. Used either purchased toll images or photoshops imagery to justify insane toll costs.

This company charged me 85 for a parking from June 2024, but I received my first notice through a debt collector. On their website, they do not have any phone numbers to contact customer service. This company is not legit.

I pulled in their lot @12:28 for a 12:30 appointment. As I was collecting my things I received a call the appointment was cancelled. I left the lot. I never left my vehicle unattended I sat in my car answered the call and left.I was mailed a somewhat official letter threatening me to pay $46.00 but they reduced it to $36.00 If I dont pay in 90 days I would be responsible for the full charge of $46.00. Plus any applicable state sales, tax, and or parking surcharge. No surcharge amount is listed.$4.99 for online or telephone payment ! Failure to pay this notice of noncompliance may result in this matter, being referred to collections. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Consumer BEWARE

I received 2 fines today from a parking garage where I live, these people are a joke. Don't let them scam you.

This is a complete rip off , and if you search the web many have complaints . This is a tiny parking lot with few spaces . We pulled in to see if we can park overnight since staying at hotel across the street . We pulled in had to wait 10 minutes for a space to open . Small car pulled out and tried to pull in , but space was way to tight we pulled back out . As the ticket says we were there for maybe 20 minutes most of that time was waiting for a space and pulling out. If they have video this would prove. All the ticket shows is us entering and leaving pretty quickly ! We tried calling the business several times no one ever picked up Check there reviews its obvious

I received a fine in the mail from this company today. I pulled into one of their parking spots in attempt to get and wait for a handicapped parking space as I am handicapped and have ****************** long distances. I sat in my car for 10 minutes - never got out - never parked - and then just left having been unable to get the 1 handicapped spot that was in this small lot. No fine was placed on my car because I was sitting in it the whole time. I am being harassed by them and discriminated against because I am handicapped. If I parked i would have gladly paid the fee but I did not get out of my car and I know that this practice is now illegal. I can see by the posts below that this is a scam. I have no problem going to court to fight this as I have a lawyer in my family and it will not cost me a dime to pursue this illegal claim. I wish there were zero stars.

They scare you into thinking you owe them. It is a scam. ******************************** sends several letter/invoices with a photo of a license plate (that isnt yours but somebody elses) and says you owe for a parking violation which never really happened. So if you ignore those notices, then PPM has Oxygen XL (a debt collector) send a Non-Compliance letter of monies owed to Parking Professional Mgmt. and need to pay. They are supposedly located in **. **********, **.

company is a ****. Even when you pay for parking they photograph your license plate and send you a ticket for non pay. I contacted them and sent my receipt of payment. The receipt included the date, time and license plate that all matched and they do not respond. If you are in a rental car this makes it even more difficult to get the dispute resolved. The rental car company will then charge you back for the ticket. I ended up paying $140 to park in this scam lot for a few hours. Absolute garbage of a company that should not be allowed in business.

A sign stated that the first 3 hours (plate number 1) were free, but the sign had two different location numbers. I paid for the first hour, which looked like any other pay-by-phone sign. However, after being parked for an hour, I found a ticket for $55.00 issued by a professional parking management company. I find this to be misleading and deceptive.
