    First of all I was charged $3800 to replace a transmission that was not brand new. I was forced into dealing with them. Originally, I brought my car there to get inspected, but since I wasnt able to get it out on time, they begin to occur daily charges of $95 without letting me know which added up to almost $600 that I did not have at the time which meant I was forced into making it deal with them by making payments until my transmission was ordered. Every week for two months faithfully, I paid them at least $500 until I paid it off. and on top of that, I had to pay a rental car rental fee every week they knew how serious my situation was. On the day, I was supposed to pick it up. I received the phone call to which they stated that my car was not ready and it wasnt going to be ready because they had to send the transmission back because they had too many miles on it and I would have to wait another week just for them to send the transmission back to them, so that means I wont have my car for another two weeks. Now theyre not answering the phone and pretty much tell me if I have any problems I can call corporate and they dont do anything for me. Does anybody have any suggestions or advice because they have my car hostage and now at this point Im scared that my car will not be fixed properly.

    Mr. ***** ***** has submitted a tall tale to your organization.  His vehicle was abandoned at our facility for months, and we could have taken steps to put a mechanic's lien on his vehicle and we did not, we also waived any storage fees he accumulated.  He begged us to do an in house, payment plan which is normally not our policy, and we still agreed to help him.  After, his USED transmission which he authorized, was installed it would not take programming.  Within a week, the transmission was replaced again, at no cost to him, and he has been driving his vehicle for weeks.  We were extremely helpful and generous with Mr. ****** although every time he visited our store it took a minimum of 1 to 2 hours to clear our lobby of the intense smell of Cannabis that Mr. ***** seems to have coming though his pores.  No good deed goes unpunished.

    I got my ** replaced at this location Aug ****************** $1872. I was told this comes with 12 month warranty. Well here we are only 4 months later and my ** is blowing hot air. I called and told them everything and was told to drop my car off and theyll get back after 24 hours. Well 3 days later, *************************** the owner tells me that it has a massive oil leak to the point he cant look at my **. And cant do anything about it until the oil leak is fixed. Thatll cost me another $2000. Anyone can tell by looking at my car that theres isnt a massive oil. You can clearly see what you need to see and repair the ac that was obviously not properly replaced in the first place. So Im out on my $2000 for the ** and now for them to even repair there work it will cost me another $2000? This is an absolute scam. And not only did I have that to deal with I also had the absolute WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. From being yelled at on the phone when I was trying to get an update, and being screamed out and told Im a f-big moron and that he was not going to give me back my car until I paid $150 diagnostic fee in cash.

    ******* & ******************************* were criminally trespassed from our facility 1/31/24 by the Fort Pierce Police Department.  They came into our store lobby and became combative and aggressive to our employees.  The warranty on their AC repair has been voided, see attached image.  They accosted our customers on the way into our store to pick up their vehicles.  At this time, ******* & ******************************* have a criminal trespass order in effect.  They will be arrested if they are spotted near our repair facility.  We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive / combative customers who endanger the welfare of our staff.  These customers continue to try to blemish the reputation of our center by posting negative unfounded reviews about our business.  We are sending certified mail to Mr.  & ******************* employers making them aware of the criminal trespass order issued to them. Our attorneys have been made aware of the identities of these customers and any further harassment from them will result in legal action against them.  They should govern themselves accordingly. The resolution is that they have voided their repair warranty and are no longer welcome at our center.

    I paid $1500 and my car is 10 times worse than when I brought it to them. When I went to get my car it did not start. They jump started it but it will not come out of park. When I complained about it, the manager **** threatened me and said get off my property or I will have you removed. **** the store manager told me get your car off my property now and do not come back.After paying them $1500 cash now my car needs a new alternator that shorted out after it got oil all over it. There is also now oil in the radiator, that is now clogged up. Now I am afraid to let them touch my car anymore, I just want them to pay for it to be repaired somewhere else properly.I have photos if I can get an email address to email them to, I am having trouble uploading them to you.
