On December 19, 2024, BBB sent correspondence to Hike Footwear requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.  As of January 16, 2025, BBB has received no response from the company.

    Ordered shoes early December 2024.. ******* account was debited the amount of the shoes, plus insurance if lost, not delivered, etc. Item has never been delivered and shipping company says it will not be able to deliver. Ive contacted HikeFootwear by phone and email and have been told they were looking into the problem. Never offering any information on my refund. This company is a fraud. I have demanded a refund from them at least twice, no refund. I want a full refund of my total payment to this company.. And I would like them placed on your site as a fraudulent company.

    Approximately one week after I contacted the BBB I received my merchandise from this company, Hike Footwear.  I would like it noted on their standing with the BBB that this company is not dependable nor professional. Their customer service does not help with issues and they do not follow up to resolve the problem or concern. I will never order from this company again. I feel with 100% certainty that if I had not contacted the BBB , I would not have received my merchandise.

    I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my elderly parents on 12/25/2025 from Hike Footwear. Total cost was $****** using my card ending in 3816. These did not fit my parents at all. The website CLEARLY states that you have up to 30 days to return no questions asked. I contacted Hike Footwear immediately the following day after receiving them on 01/04/2025 and ***** said offered me 30% of my money back. I said absolutely not. Then she offered me 50% of my money back and keep the shoes as shipping is very expensive. This went on and on over a week pushing me to take 50% of my cost back. Even though the website CLEARLY states full refund with me responsible for the shipping. Which is fine, Ill pay the shipping but I want my full refund. They dont do that according to her. So on 01/07/2025, ***** stated via email that I will be refunded 50% of my money back and it will be there in my account within 5-10 business days. On 01/23/2025, I reached back out and still did not receive my refund. She said Upon checking, it seems that the initial refund process was not successful. However, rest assured that this time we have already processed the 50% refund. I said this is ridiculous as I should be getting 100% of my refund as your website states I can get a full refund! So now I wait again. So I cant get a 100% refund as your website states let alone even a 50% refund! I am furious and I want my ****** back! They just LIED about their return policy.

    An order was placed on December 7th with Hike Footwear to purchase 3 pairs of shoes. The tracking provided by the company shows that this item is still in transit exactly 31 days later. After email correspondence with "***** from Hike" I was told that this order was showing as "delivered" on their end despite the tracking link that was provided from her showing the item as still "in transit." She stated that they would provide a refund or free reshipment only after I reached out to the courier to have them issue a certificate of non receipt. The courier information is not provided in their tracking information and the tracking information is vague, only listing "arrival at transport hub" (which occurred 12/22/2024 at 5:37am). There has been no shipping update since this day. The phone number that is provided for the courier in the tracking info is from ***** and is not reachable. I responded to their initial email stating all of this information on 01/03/2025 and again on 01/06/2025 asking for a refund and providing screenshots proving my claim that this item was still in transit and I have had no response. I would like a refund for the money I paid for items that were never received.

    I ordered three pair of shoes from this company. I only wore one pair I contacted them to return the other two pair as they had not been touched this company makes it near impossible to return almost like being on a hamster wheel I worked with them via ******** messenger.. first they offered 30 per cent off to just keep I didnt want to keep they said that they didnt want to harm the climate by returning the shoes but then were ok with me exchanging. Which would be a double hit on the environment. None of it made sense by the end of several messages I was offered a *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** an address I had kept a pair of the shoes so it seemed odd to charge me the fee as I would to have them delivered literally by the time I had sent the shoes back it would have cost the entire purchase price. This is something that has been mentioned on several trustpilot reviews. This is wrong. They have a money back guarantee on their site but have manipulated it to the point that people just give up

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Hike Footwear on 11/7/24. The shoes were not comfortable so I contacted the company to return on 11/24/24.. shortly after they arrived. Everyone I requested a full refund which their website states has a 30 day full money back guarantee. They stalled me for stating that it isnt good for the environment to make returns since you cant reuse the shoes and continued to offer me partial discounts. Finally they gave me instructions for a return for a refund. I followed the directions and sent the order. They received on 12/10/24. This was within the 14 days that they said I had to return it from the date of the accepted return request.I kept waiting for a reply and finally reached out a few days ago to ask about the status of my return and they stated they needed tracking information etc.. another stall tactic. I provided everything and now they are stating the request for refund is rejected due to returning outside the time frame. Firstly, it is not outside the time frame. Secondly, they purposely stalled and didnt do anything with the return even though they had it since December 10. It took me contacting them to even say a y thing about the return.This company is unscrupulous and are scamming people out of money.I want my full refund as is owed to me based on the advertising on their own website. The shoes were returned in perfect condition unworn. Please help me get my return.

    I attempted to buy a pair off shoes and insoles from Hike Footwear in Sept of 2024.. I never received the product. I will never do business with this company ever again. I contacted the company on 10/4th. **************** argued with me over several emails and would not issue me a refund. I contacted my bank and got a credit. However- this vendor was still paid. I just called my bank today to reopen the case, I never received anything from that company even though it was marked received. I just wanted a refund. ***** the customer service *** was a completely awful to me and would not return my money. I contacted the post office and they ***lied saying unfortunately I live in a high theft area, and there was nothing they could do. The people at the post office were nice and responded right away. They even tracked my package, and said it was lost in the mail. I have never had this much trouble over a package being delivered. Im gonna call that company and complain to a manager also. but thanks for your help.

    Ordered shoes from them. The website says 30 day money back guarantee and easy returns. I do not like the shoes. They are basically water socks . I started my return two days after realizing I just had spent $125.00 on water socks. They will only offer me 30% refund. Where on their website does it say that is their return policy? Nowhere. It states within 30 days for a refund. Not a partial refund. Ive sent 8 emails showing them their return policy and I would like what I was guaranteed . Their product is not good and clearly they know this by the trickery with their money back guarantee

    I purchased 2 pairs of Hike Footwear for $140. Requested a refund not $30 credit and keep shoes. I followed directions correctly, **** clerk said all correct as they had specified and paid $30.55 customs shipping fee. This was on July 25, 2024 tracking #******************* I checked mailbox and found package there that carrier put in box on Dec. 4th. Package marked undeliverable due to refused and unclaimed. Bounce message.

    I purchased a pair of shoes and inserts from "Hike Footwear" on the 5th of November, received them on the 14th of November, tried them on and they were too tight, I immediatly sent an email requesting a return I got a reply stating "We are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, which may result in a delay in our response time.". I tried calling but the phone number is not accepting calls at this time. I haven't heard from the since, with the exception of another email addressing me personally from "******" saying "****** I thought you might want this" advertising their shoes to me. It is 01 December and I have yet to receive and return information from "Hike Footwear", despite the 4 other emails I've sent requesting such. Thank you.

    I purchased shoes from *********************************** on 09/01/2024 when they had a promotion for seniors. i spent $86.99 for the order. The dirty secret is the shoes looked really good and high quality on their website, besides you have "30-day money-back guarantee" indicated right on top of their website.The order was delivered on 09/12/2024. They are small and of poor quality. I emailed them right away and requested authorization for return.I got an email back from ***** , customer support representative, she offered my 30% refund and retain the product. I did not take her offer, since the shoes are too small and were made poorly( i sent them pictures to show poor quality and workmanship)i requested a few times to return and get refund, but Never got any reply back...I looked online, found many other people have the same experiences with Hike Footwear. They could not return the products for refund.Also, on their website, they have all the 5 star reviews are fake. I tried to leave my negative reviews and my reviews were all removed by them. I also found out the same shoes sell only $19.99 on ********** I have all the documents to support my complaints.
