    I attended a webinar with Moon signals on August 29th. The webinar was about making money with crypto coins. Within their webinar they show you how to make money using signals in trading crypto coins. Of course like others I was looking for a way to make some extra money. Being new to the trading world this looked promising. They show you signal wins like the market is totally doing well. They show you how one person made over like $4000 in a short time using the signals they provide. They pretty much promise you the moon and don't deliver. When getting into the channel it's totally dead and you can see there haven't been many signals posted. During the webinar one of the guys asks a question and if you get the question correct you are supposed to get $200 in Crypto. I've never seen it yet. Also for the first 10 people who sign up they promise a bonus of $250 crypto. I've never seen anything back from that after inquiring with their support email. This company is a scam. I decided after joining this wasn't for me and wanted a refund. During the webinar they don't talk about a refund. They flash a banner up if you are lucky to catch where it says 365 money back guarantee. Until you send in for a refund they don't say nor can you find it anywhere that it's a **************************************** a year if you don't make money then they will refund you. The so called program cost $1500. They want you to sign up for a zoom meeting. No one ever showed up on my zoom meeting and then I found out later that I had to have pretty much everything ready to go before doing a zoom meeting. Their support people in their group aren't very helpful and the guy I talked to was rude. I paid for the system using ******'s pay in 4 payments in which moon signals got their money in full. Today I voiced my opinion about their stie in their general chat room and got put in a time out for 6 days. They know this company is a fraud and they can't handle the truth. I just want my $1500 back.

    Here is the e-mail I sent them requesting my money to be refunded on June 8th:On Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 06:12:36 AM CDT, (contact info removed from complaint text) wrote:Hi,OK we have not been able to get this bot working in all this time. First in your training it was claimed that it would work from a phone. But after paying for it, in the initial set up attempt I was informed that no that is not true I would have to buy a computer. So, I did that.Then, in the process of getting the bot set up on the new computer I was informed that there was a $49 monthly charge to use the 3 commas which is required. THIS was not mentioned at all in the initial sales pitch that convinced me to invest in this bot. I should have immediately pulled the plug and requested my money back then, because with that charge even if we could get the bot working my small account could not provide that much monthly profit. But we kept trying to get it to work. Now after multiple time wasting sessions it is approaching the end of the 60 day trial period and it still is not working, it has apparently never been able to take even one trade and just always goes into this "Error" "Deal Suspended" mode and no one knows why. So I consider this ****************************************************************************************** and I am cancelling the $49 3 commas before I get a third charge and giving up on the apparently worthless bot and PLEASE REFUND ALL MY MONEY ASAP !Thank you,(contact info removed from complaint text)

    This customer initially reached out and requested a refund because he claimed he could not use the exchange platform because of where he is located. They spoke with *******, who is one of our business owners. And he did message the customer they would get refunded IF they could not use the product because of the exchange platform issues. 

     

    We then looked into this issue the customer explained to us about the exchange platform not being usable in *****, where the customer is located. Upon looking into this, we found that the exchange is 100% usable from where the customer is located and we let the customer know of this, if the customer wishes to receive a refund, they will be directed to follow our refund policy which we will provide to them and we will also leave it below.

    We have a 60-day action based guarantee:

    If you can show us the following (You can send this to us via screenshots or pictures):
    -Created the required accounts
    -Used the Apex Bot and did not generate revenue
    -Asked questions in the Discord Group
    -And are within the 60-day window
    Then we will go ahead and process a refund for you.

    Coinbase Issue: I did not state that Coinbase is unusable in *****. I informed them that because Malta uses the Euro, Coinbase would not convert my account to USD. ********************** can verify this with Coinbase.

    USDT Suggestion: ****** suggested using USDT, a cryptocurrency. I did not purchase the bot to use with USDT and do not wish to use it as such. Attached are screenshots supporting my statements.

    False Statement by *******: Wealthy Leads claimed ******* stated I would be refunded if I couldnt use the product due to exchange platform issues. ******* actually said, Ok I will forward this to my team and on Monday when we are back in the office, Ill send you a screenshot of the refund. Sorry you couldnt use the bot man. Please see the attached screenshot for verification.

    Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, Wealthy Leads has ignored my emails and refused to issue a refund. Additionally, their refund policy was not mentioned during the webinars. Many other customers have reported similar issues on Trustpilot.

    Purchased the Apex bot though wealthy leads and the program did not deliver as promised. I paid 997 for life time access. So far with 2 months use I did not generate any profit. Per the refund policy I provided proof of the bots performance. Sent emails requesting a refund and did not get a response. Per most of the complaints the company is not responsive once a refund is requested. I am just requesting a refund at this time as I am not happy with my purchase.

    Was offered a 60 day money back guarantee, they have us jumping thru hoops and not responding back to the email except to simulate an answer.They wrote in my cancellation E-Mail saying its a 60 day action based money back guaranteed, not what the initial agreement was.Nonetheless I used their services and applied it and put money to it but it has its drawbacks that I do not find feasible. This is set up as a recurring and do not want to be recurred the charges for a service I am not interested in.its been close to a month writing to them to not yet receive the refund

    Before paying they promoted the service at a 60 day money back no questions asked... I still don't understand why the 60 day action based need to put a roadblock on getting the refund.

    I just recently got an email back from them saying :

    Date of transaction: 04/08/2024 Amount $497 Wealthy Leads has refused to refund me after multiple emails and several phone calls to their ****** voice number: *********** where I've left several messages. I've emailed *************************** ******************************* and ******** *********************************** I requested a full refund! *************************** emailed me back stating they would refund me after the 60day action steps. I explained to him none of the action steps were explained in the initial video for a refund process, for a DYS AI Bot. I found; ~1st the bonuses as promised upfront weren't followed through ~2nd I attended a few online discord meetings and there more questions than answers about the system ~3rd Other strategies mentioned in the discord meeting weren't discussed upfront when signing up for AI Bot ~Also when signing up there was nothing stated; about having to watch videos about the a *** AI system, this isn't a *** it's a babysitting system, like day trading if you don't monitor you will lose $$. There was no mention of having to watch the bot and the trades - in the representation, as well as additional fee's for other programs to use system ~We were told the *** BOT knew what to trade and invest for a ROI, which wasn't true ~ In the initial representation the gentleman stated; people only needed $50, which wasn't the case in the Discord meetings. People were viewing they needed a couple of thousands of dollars to see any type of ROI, to use the System. A $250 investment brought you $1.35 return in a month so they lied about the investment amounts As well I created a ticket after my 1st discord meeting, the instructor prompted many of us to create tickets for our issue's strangely the ticket disappeared and was never answered. And they stated to me, that they didn't see it although; I know I created the ticket asking about the bonuses I hadn't received for weeks, myself and a few others! About missing bonuses/upgrades Complete scam reported to FTC

    On Dec 27, 2023 I paid $997 to Wealthy Leads for lifetime access to the apex bot with a 60 no questions asked money back guarantee. The bot didnt work as advertised. I have sent all this info to the wealthy Leads support team that was supposed to be assisting in this refund. I have been attempting to get a refund for about a month, but no one has responded to my calls or emails. The platform works in conjunction with Trade View, 3commas, and a broker. 3commas suspended all the accounts due to problems with Wealthy Leads API, so Im not able to use the service even if I wanted to continue. All I want is the refund and I will go my way and avoid civil litigation. Signals were sent by tradingView, but they were never received or executed by 3Commas and no trades were ever preformed. I want to redeem my money back guarantee as it states within the ************************************* Please have some integrity and honor this moneyback guarantee claim.
