    I started this with the promise of A 60 day double money back guarantee if things didn't work out. When I emailed for a refund, my emails were never responded to. I open many tickets and was told the refund period was 30 days. Instead of making money, I've lost $1000's! Right on their website it shows the guarantee. ********************************************** I'm disabled and thought this could be something that I could do with the bot thing but I was wrong. The online chat on wealthyleads.com doesn't respond to me either.. Notice the policy:60 Day Money-Back Guarantee This course won't work if you don't work. But if for some reason you aren't on your way to real success in the first 60 days, email us and we will take care of your refund!I worked the course 10+ hrs a days and followed their advice to the T..I contacted wealthyleads just now on their chat telling them all of this and they deleted my account. So now I am out everything!!!

    Wealthy Leads is a company that has multiple offers, each having its own Refund Policy. The 60-day refund policy is for our ******************* training which has not been open to new members for over a year. The image provided by ***** says the 60-day refund is for our ******************* training and NOT our Crypto Passive Income System (which he purchased). **************** contacted us 91 days after his purchase asking for a refund. We Informed **************** of our refund policy and attempted to help him in any way we could, after informing him he would not be able to obtain a refund as he had gone through our program and was out of our refund he became infuriated and opened this complaint with no merit. This is why we have a checkbox agreeing to our Terms & Conditions on our checkout page prior to anyone purchasing our products.

    On Sunday, January 15, 2023, I made a payment for a program through a link that the merchant provided. The merchant said we could pay for the program in a payment plan, however when I input my debit card information, the entire amount of $1500.00 was debited. I requested a refund immediately after, and called them On Monday January 16th, Tuesday, January 17th, Wednesday January 18 to request the refund. On Wednesday, the person I spoke to ****(?) Said my refund had been processed. However as of today, Friday January 20th, the refund has not been deposited back into my bank account. I called today, Friday January 20th at approximately 3pm CST and after being put on hold, the line was disconnected. Now when I dial the phone number, I get a recording saying the phone number is not valid.

    The information ***** provided in regards to her refund was attached to a different email address. As such we had trouble finding this customer, our accounts receivable was able to find her and promptly give her a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because I have not received any refund as of this reply.

    I could no longer  communicate with you after January 20th, 2023 since you blocked my phone number and the call goes directly to a recording that your number is no longer working.

    However when I called from a different phone number, the call DID go through so that's my evidence that you attempted to avoid communication with me and any resolution to this issue. 

    Also, in your response, you did not provide the email address that you used for the refund so that I could verify it is correct.

    Lastly, I cannot review the attachment you provided due to the file type. Please provide a pdf of your evidence of the refund. 

    Because of your delayed response, I had to cancel my debit card so it is no longer valid to receive the refund that way.

    I ghave now uploaded this as a .png instead of a .jpeg. Refunds given take 1-2 days to clear depending on your banking institution which is why you probably had not yet received the money inside your bank account when the refund was issued. This is actually standard with any refund given by any company as the refund must clear with your bank and our payment processor which is why it takes a few business days to process. As we stated on your our previous response, the email address provided in your claim was not an email address we had on file and after extensive search we found the correct email and as of 1/30/23 you were correctly refunded as per the attached image.
