    This staff will ** **e, cheat and steal from you. Once you bring a problem to them no one responds. Stay far away from Jenkins Chevrolet of Homassassa they will ruin your credit and take no responsibi**ty for their unprofessiona**sm. They sound have every **cense pulled. They are crooks!

Our business practices are fully transparent and conducted in accordance with legal standards.     I am so disappointed with Jenkins Chevrolet in Homosassa Florida . I’ve never ever been so disappointed in a car dealership in all my life. I’ve tried to be kind, I’ve tried to communicate and still I get no reply to the issue that I’m having. they do not want to give me my refund from canceling, the Chevy protection plan. Last week I got a “we will call you, don’t call us back.

    You forced a 20% markup on the vehicle under the premise of useless "packages" that I did not want, until I protested, then lowered it to 13%, forcing me to eat it despite (again) not wanting it since I wanted the vehicle in a time frame they told me they could meet. More than one member if your staff promised me a car within a range of dates, by which my purchase was ultimately predicated, and then failed to meet that by 2 weeks. When a manager was requested during a call directly to your dealer, NOT your salesperson, you had your salesperson call me while sick, from home, instead of dignifying my concerns. Then when I visited your location, your sales manager proceeded to throw your staff member under the bus as if it was his fault your management didn't reach out to me, or dignify me like the paying customer I was; claiming that I shouldn't have been given a date, despite that two separate sales people offered me a date. So rather than take responsibility for the poor training as a member of management, you tossed your staff into the fry oil. Then to top it all off, you snuck in warranties & other coverages that I DID NOT ask for or agree to on my bill causing me to waste even more of my time driving 4 hours to your site to rectify that slimy act of subterfuge. The only saving grace was your salesperson - Your salesperson was awesome, I would gladly do business with him when he leaves your site. Count your stars you have someone as valuable and dedicated as him. Thank you, Cliff. Additionally, The dealer did not install any paint protection or any other accessories beyond the floor mats I received. I.E. on top of the entire mountain of customer dissatisfaction, subterfuge and frankly, attempted theft - Jenkins charged me $800 for a set of molded floor mats. As a final insult to my injury, I have yet to receive any communication from any top brass seeking to allay my concerns as was promised in the response to the aforementioned & linked above review.

    I brought my truck there to have the bed painted. The body shop damaged my Tannau cover and admitted it. The GM stated it was broken when it was brought there and he was doing nothing. $2200 cover. I would not take a bicycle there.

    Bought a 2017 Chev Silverado 1500 from Jenkins CDJR Homosassa around the 5th of January of this year. I live in Kentucky and drove the truck home. As of today March 2 I do not have the second key to the truck nor have I received the title paperwork that needed to be sent to Hopkins County Clerk of court. Went back to Florida in February to get a 2nd temp tag and find out where the key and paperwork is. Found out they sent the paperwork to a wrong county, not even where we lived. Went to that county clerk office and they sent the paperwork back to the dealership. They were supposed to have everything by today at the Hopkins County Madisonville Clerk of Court. My 2nd temp tag expires on March 5th. Brittany sold me the truck and avoids all phone calls from me. I have talked to 4 people trying to get something done. But cannot get anywhere! Oh almost forgot, they did sent me a key fob that does not work and not the second key.
