Bought a truck from *** Auto in jesup ga us auto was the loan holder! I would try to get insurance on the vehicle and it kept getting denied I did call and let us auto know(they say they have no record) I could not get insurance for the simple fact that it was listed as a branded title which I was never told! I finally quit paying on it because I could not do nothing with the truck! There has been no resolution to this issue so stay away from this placeReview from John D

I called in to talk about my payments and *************************** was great, very friendly, and answered my questions quickly and clear. There was a question I asked where a previous worker told me I couldnt but she made it happen. Thank you!Review from Paula S

I was sold a defective vehicle by this company and in 2017 the engine went out. The company agreed to pick up the vehicle from the mechanic shop at that time and closed the account due to the defect. I received documentation of it at that time. Years later, Im just now seeing that theyve been reporting this against on of the credit bureaus. What a complete scam and underhanded thing to do!Review from Kathryn P

The payment ended up being more than it was supposed to be on my vehicle I've never been behind they told me that I could come in and upgrade my vehicle at any time if I wasn't satisfied to something better and all the sudden the doors are closed because of illegal activity.Review from Tanielle J

Spare yourself and dont do business with this company. My original finance company transferred quite a few peoples accounts to this company in the beginning of 2023. So Im being forced to deal with them.Nobody has their c*** together here. When I call the customer service line I have to be transferred to 17 different people to do one simple thing. Not to mention you have the representatives taking multiple calls at one time so the person Im speaking to isnt actually listening to anything that Im saying because shes trying to multitask on the phone with another person. Ive been getting phone calls every day from ******** since February for no reason whatsoever Ive been making payments so Theres no reason to call me every day for the last couple months. Probably the worst company I have ever delt with! I currently have a car through them and made my first payment. well a week after my first payment they ran a payment twice? When I called they said they came back NSF even though the car payment is drafted out of my bank account. Then they have the most ghetto and unprofessional woman, ******************************* call me and harrass and threaten me despite me having solid proof of my payment. That woman needs to lose her job for threatening customers the way she does. I ended up paying the extra money she was scamming me for because I did not want my car taken. That being said now I have proof of my first payment asnd the second random charge and will be filing a lawsuit against them after I pay my car off because there is no telling how many more times they will do that. Point is, WAlk before you get any loan through them bcs ******************************* will throw in extra payments and try to s**** you over while talking to you ghetto and making threats. 10/10 do not recommend
