Was told ***-MSA/MAS-CMS ( Start New Web Sites Always) would handle WHOLE *** Schedule Applications process knowing that our company was a distibutor selling to the U.S. ****************** 100%. The *** requires commercail Invoice which we could not provide. Both POC's ***** talk a good game!!! Spent thousands of dollars with no refund and no *** Schedule. The new website is for a reason?????

*****, you were told multiple times and it is stated in our email overview, our signed agreement and we spoke about the need for the specific invoices to determine fair and reasonable pricing many, many times as this was a *** request and not from us directly. You said on multiple occasions, that this would not be a problem at all for you to provide the *** and then you simply never sent them to the *** ALL the remaining components of the *** application were completed for you by our *** Processing Team and approved by you for submission. We told them multiple times that we needed invoice to submit the completed application and they they never contacted or responded to our emails or phone calls after the final request for information until now via the BBB.

COMPLETE FRAUDS, **** and ****** take your money and promise to get you approval Their contract/agreement even says that they will refund your money if they don't succeed. The problem is they never finished the application within the timeline they agreed to and then created an account on our behalf that they would not give us access to. Finally, they submitted our application prior to our review and submitted to the *** without our approval. We had to contact the *** to gain access to our account and have ****** removed. Yes they still have not refunded our monies.

The **** Corporation lead by ******************* first of all did not pay the second payment for our services and we still submitted their completed GSA application on good faith. **** tried every way to circumvent our consulting services and obtain our proprietary documentation and information and repeatedly changed the original agreement for reasons still unknown to us. GSA-CMS has maintained a A+ BBB rating because we mediate any type of issue and if we cannot resolve it we refund our clients payment in full. In this case we fulfilled our agreement 100% and still did not receive the 50% payment from **** and the remaining monies owed. I would recommend that any company stay away from doing business with this company as they are not honorable and do not take advise or follow the government regulations or FAR requirements. Also, to address his issue to access to the file as the principle owner he had access to the documentation and the information from the second we loaded it. This is how the system works and because we always build the application in the companies name (client) and we are simply the authorized negotiators and they would not even sign the document for us to log in and show them the completed GSA application as we needed to be listed as the authorized negotiator on the file to gain access. I am still reeling over the whole interaction with **** and his company and did not turn them over to collections as we have moved on and we hope they can do the same as they have their entire GSA application file saved to their companies computer system now.
