This was their Sebring location.7.22.24 Received a text from the new repair shop which stated there's a lot of bolts missing. He can't even believe it. Mckibben really needs to rethink servicing motorcycles.7.14.24 Met with ***** Mckibben, ********************* and the *** mgr. We settled on a refund of $1230.19. It wasn't the $1500 I was asking for, however, it was close enough without having to go to small claims court.***** offered to come and get maintenance service with them, I thanked him. I will not be going back.UPDATE----Got a new estimate from another dealer for $3100. $800 paid already but never replaced. $700 for damage done while at the shop for a total of $1500 that Mckibben owes us from the $3300 we paid them.New dealership found 2 items completely overlooked by Mckibben; center stand and left handlebar. 2 pretty important items to miss.Mckibben wanted to make things right. I said I'm not bringing the bike back.I wrote an email to company and gave them a week to reimburse me, or it's time to file a small claim. -_-----------------------Brought the bike in on 3/29/24 after it was involved in an accident. Finally got it back on 6/29/24. Gave dealer a list of aftermarket parts to order and put on. Never ordered them. Didn't give insurance company an estimate until after the work was done. Wanted me to give them a $1600 deposit without seeing a repair order or estimate. After we got the bike home and took a closer look at it we noticed the following.1. missing push pin 2. missing hex screws 3. misaligned front cowling 4. misaligned lower motor cover 5. scratched fuel lid 6. scratched cowling 7. charged for an engine guard and was never installed 8. charged for an engine guard cover and wasn't even on the bike.9. Never replaced chrome exhaust but was charged for parts.Because of this I now have to go to another dealer and get another estimate because I surely am not going back here.

Purchased a Honda Talon r 2 seater from them back in November 2023. Upon sale of the vehicle I noticed the shock error light on that they did not tell me about . After bringing it to the sales *************** attention they could not get the light off and **** explained to me to continue with the purchase take it home and it will be picked up the following week fixed/returned . After reaching back out to get it fixed they said they ordered the part and are waiting for it but that they would even take it off a new Honda talon that comes in when they receive one to fix this issue if they had to . Its has now been 6months and they keep giving me a run around and now the new service manager ******** told me that its not their problem that the part is taking long and to just wait. My issue is I was lied to by the staff of MCKIBBEN POWERSPORTS ********** about the condition of the vehicle and about the process to fix it . I would have never purchased this vehicle from them if they were truthful about it taking 6months if not more to fix the shocks on a brand new unit I just purchased . Again its not about the shocks being on back order its the slimy sales they have here. Attached is the agreement from theyre salesman **** from December.
