About

Important information

  • Additional Info:
On January 20, 2022, BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints for concerning product issues. A request was sent to the business to address this pattern.

The business responded with the following concerning the underlying cause of consumer complaints:

"I believe there are multiple reasons, including shipping/freight times, labor shortages in warehouses, and customer's not activating warranty and/or providing us sufficient information to file warranty claims. We are working at our maximum efforts to fulfill every order in a timely manner. Over the past 2 years we have experienced shipping company delivery times become longer. We constantly review shipping company performances and select what we consider to be the best delivery option for each part shipment. This challenge with extended delivery times has been exacerbated with an increase in "lost shipments by shippers". We continually strive to improve our customer communications with specificity via both email and text channels and are actively increasing transparency into our supply chain for our customers when we are faced with unplanned delay. We have also been issuing email notifications and/or full refunds to customers if orders are not expected to be fulfilled by estimated time given, at time of sale."
