            Hi, I am filing a complaint because I hired Sunsational Pools and spas to install a pool in my backyard and while doing so they cracked and messed up my brand new driveway. They said that I signed some thing that theyre not liable for the driveway but when speaking to my salesman, I told him what happened and he sent someone to fix it, the repair that they did is unacceptable and dangerous. My wife has slipped and fallen and was hurt The driveway is very slippery and even worse when its wet and its like rain X it doesnt dry I sllipped on it as well and I am afraid someone else is going to fall as well when I contacted them they said theyre not liable they didnt send anybody thats not their workers but they are their workers and they were wearing their shirts and said they work for them. I filed a complaint with their insurance company, but the insurance company denied it saying they were told those people dont work for them now, if they dont work for them, then they should give me the information of who they are and their insurance information but they refuse to do so so now Im stuck with a driveway thats dangerous thats brand new was just put down. My house is brand new so the house and driveway are both brand new within two years I have an email stating that they sent them but they refuse to accept it and now theyre refusing to do anything and they refuse to finish whatever work Has to be done on my pool. I also filed a complaint with the ******* attorney generals office. This work ethic and there lying and the fact that because I raised an issue they refuse to finish the work left and I want people to be aware of these things before they use this company thanks in advance ***************************
