Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Do not expect for them to honor their work with warranty!! They will make excuses not to warranty. I had several problems during their repair, including Bobcat *** damaged the wall on a brand new house that was being built and rain gutter.Warranty problem: 4 years later rust started leaking at the sun shelf. I was told I would have to pay if it's not under warranty. I said OK thinking that it would be under the warranty I still have. When I asked the repair *** if it's under warranty, he said he doesn't know. (Hes worked for them for ********** was the one to determine if its warranted) Next day he came to finish and blamed it on chemical imbalance. He sees it all the time. Why didnt he answer me day one when I asked if it is warrantied. He said there was a pinhole, he drilled one area and followed it 10 inches away to the rusted rebar. The repair *** said that my experienced pool *** of 23 years is an idiot. He's been taking care of my Pool for 3 years. I never had a problem with him. He's the same person. This company will use any excuse, not to make the repair. Finally I received an email that they would give me back the $750 but they refuse to warranty anything else in my future. I asked several professional Pool companies if it's possible to have a leak on a 4 year-old pool due to chemicals. All said no that's a lie. If that was the case, I would have rust spots all over the pool. It was only 1 spot. I am sure they will follow up with some kind of excuse as a reply. Yes I have the correct company. No, I did not make a mistake with that. This is not a way to run a business. I would not recommend.

I am moved and impressed beyond words which catapulted me to write this voluntary review and a well deserved SHOUT OUT to the public and express the tremendous satisfaction, joy and pleasure of doing business with SUNSATIONAL POOLS and SPAS, INC. in ***********, **. I had the opportunity of doing business with the company after seeing the immaculate and pristine pool the company built in my new neighborhood. It is one of the best built pools I have ever seen, though not large in size but the attention to details in construction, view and the surrounding landscape glitter so bright and forever inviting. With such an outstanding design, workmanship to the finished product, I could not resist the urge to enter into an immediate contract with SUNSATIONAL POOLS and SPAS, INC. ,, though they were backed up because of their exceptional work and unequivocal word of mouth from satisfied customers, it was worth the wait. The professionalism of ****** and April and the team is out of this world. My pool was started in June 2021 with a promise of 8-week completion time frame, it was like a miracle wedged in magic that they got done in 6 weeks without cutting corners or leaving stones unturned. They took attention to details to a different level while providing me a feedback every step of the way. They emphatically took the construction from cradle to grave, to include but not limited to getting ALL the necessary permits from the city and county as applicable. Sunsational Pools and Spas, Inc. is one of the best in the best of the business and I can unequivocal say THE BEST from my own personal experience. Some companies do everything to include sweet talk to get the customer to buy but not ********************** because they not only deliver with class act, candor and integrity, they stand behind their work with exceptional service after sale. Words alone cannot express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to TEAM SUNSATIONAL.. I highly recommend their service!!

First of all I want to thanks Sunsational for really make our backyard a place where we can enjoy even more, Im in the pool business for 15 years and Ive done many work with pool builders during this period that Im in the industry, I decided to use Sunsational to build our first pool not because I knew them or I worked with them before, I chose them because I only heard good things about it and I really like what they did, Im not going to lie there was a bit of bump during the building process but they really take care of it every issue that we had.I want to thank very much ******** for always answering my calls and emails and all the questions that I had, ****** also was very helpful with the project and I want to thank him as well, April in the beginning with all the permits and instructions to what to do, was very helpful and for that I want to thank her.**** I want to thank you very much for your help and concerns to make sure me and my family was taking care of it, from a person that is on the business for a good time I can definitely say that you care about your customers and this is very important. Im not saying that everyone else doesnt care but man hats off to you for your attention and care.I definitely recommend Sunsational pools and it would be perfect if the communication was a little bit better, but overall it was GREAT.Thank you guys for making our dream come true.
