In February 2018, Nationwide Movers System responded to BBB stating they do not feel there is pattern of complaints. The business feels the underlying cause of complaints is due to estimates based on inventory given over the phone, and upon arrival they discover there are changes to inventory. The business states they will write up a revised estimate and try to work with the customer if there is any difference between the estimate and actual inventory. The business further states they have taken measures to improve customer service, and will request documentation for estimates in order to price moves more efficiently.
