    We purchase a 3 in 1 Tour from ************************** for December 24, 2024. This business is located at ***************************************************************First, the tour was supposed to start at 9:00 a.m. and the bus did not arrived until 10:20 am. We did not leave for the Everglades until 10:30 a.m. The bus ended up being too full for us to get on so they put us on a van. The van driver drove in excessively of 90 mph to the Everglades and back trying to make up time. I was scared for my life and the life of my family. Once back at ************************** we were supposed to get on a double ****** bus to go sightseeing. The bus we were supposed to be on at 2:00 p.m. was overbooked so we werent able to get on that bus. They told us to wait and hour and the next bus would be here at 3:00 p.m. At 3:30 p.m. the bus was still not there. The staff were not friendly and didnt really seem to care that everyone there, including us, were very upset. I asked for the manager to speak with him and I was informed he wasnt there. I asked for his name and the workers refused to give me his name. The staff were incompetent and the overall business is a scam. We waited more of the day than we did on the actual tour. It was so bad that we ended up foregoing the rest of the tour. This was our kids Christmas present and to say the least they were disappointed.I am making this complaint because I would like my money back and for this business not to treat their customers this poorly. Businesses should be allowed to operate if they are going to falsely advertise the service they are providing.

    Miami Double ****** Bus hit one of our parked vehicles. Provided a fake insurance policy to the reporting police officer. In an effort to resolve the problem amicably, assuming that the officer may have taken the policy number wrong, we contacted the company to obtain their information, or speak to someone about paying for our damages. We have been told they will email us, call us back. Even went as far as providing us with fake name of a manager. When we called back to speak to that manager we were advised that the company does not have anyone by that name. After further review, this company has terrible review of customer being scammed out of money, being stranded on the side of the road, buses catching on fire, cancelled trips with no refunds to the customers. The lists goes on and on. How can this company get away with this behavior and stay in business. We too own a transportation company and one of our vehicles for business is down due to this accident and we have lost a lot of money due to their negligence and shady business practices. We just wanted our damaged vehicle to be repaired by the party that caused the damage. We would appreciate it if the owner would take responsibility and pay for our repairs to avoid us being out of pocket for deductibles and raised insurance premiums due to another party's negligence and poor business practice. We did not want to come to this point, but the accident happened on June 21st and we have yet to hear from anyone at this company to resolve this issue.

    This review is for Miami Tours on 305 Lincoln Rd., Miami Beach. I should have known something was fishy when they required a cash only payment. With it being such a busy-looking business with tours coming and going, youd think theyd take credit card payments like all other legit businesses. We scheduled an Everglades Airboat Tourfor 7 people on Wednesday, 7/13/22 for $39 per person. Paid $273 cash. Hopped on the double ****** bus around 1:30 PM, arrived at Everglades around 3 PM. We were directed to a gator show that lasted about 20 minutes. We were then directed to line up for our airboat tour which was the highlight and reason we booked this tour. While waiting in line, we were told there was a lightning storm coming and that for safety reasons, the airboat tour would be canceled. We were told to board the bus and began heading back to the business we booked our tour with (Miami Tours.) We overheard the driver talking on his phone and explaining to the tour business that the boat tour was canceled.The driver advised all passengers that we should speak with the office regarding a re-scheduling or refund. While driving back, the driver pointed out a 5-mile outlet mall and announced that he would make a stop for 5 mins, but it turned out to be a 30 min stop. The 5-minute stop at a 5-mile mall made no sense at the time.After finally driving away from the mall, we were stuck in traffic for about another hour. We eventually made it back to the tour office around 6 PM. ************ the office was closed. The driver stalled enough to give the employees enough time to leave the office because it is supposedly open until 11PM.We had no choice but to return to the office the next morning and request a refund. They refused to give us a refund and said they could only reschedule. We explained that we were leaving that afternoon and did not live in Miami. They didnt provide the service we paid for. We want our money back!
