The website is "Evergladesnationalparks" but .com, which I did mistakenly miss bc it's kinda set up to look like a government website so I thought the tour went through the Florida national park system. What a waste of time and money!!! The airboat tour sucked- you're at ************* and see powerlines and highways all around you while in the water. The tour company is cash only and the store at the "park" has a big discount for cash only... So probably lots of revenue fraud. AND the employees are always asking for tips saying that is the only source of their income. Total scam. And wow, ****** learned to look up these tour companies on BBB before getting a ticket.

HUGE ****!! They are falsely advertising as a National park tour. My whole tour group got scammed, including a family of 7 (approx $700 cash)! No refunds even though we didn't even get to ride the boat. Today is my 40th and I wanted a fun adventure with my sons. We came to Miami for vacation. I honestly couldn't afford this trip if not for my job, free air travel. I"reserved" our spots online and got to the pickup at 1:00. It said absolutely NOTHING on the website about cash only. I had to pay 2 ATM fees because the on site ATM only let's you withdraw 100 at a time. After paying $120 for tickets I was told there was another $2 gratuity per person. Boarded the bus at 1:30 and we left. Just past Miami we hit a storm. A lot of the bus windows were leaking badly. The driver ****** assured us that we would drive through the storm it would be fine when we got there. We arrived at sawgrass recreational park about 3:00 it was still raining and the lightning was within 3 miles so we had to wait on the bus or in the gift shop. At about 3:30 we had to board bus as we were returning to Miami. ****** the driver asked if we would like to wait a few more minutes because the storm looked to be clearing up. The group was allowed off of the bus at 4:00 when the sawgrass employees opened up the "animal exhibit ". A couple snakes, lizards, chickens, a peacock, and some gators. We were told to line up by the boats by 430 to go out but, by 430 they said we weren't going to be able to go out today. I read through the ****** reviews on the ride back to Miami and it seems for every legitimate 1-star they have 5-6 fake 5-star reviews. They ask on the trip back if people would like to be dropped off at different destinations so that they don't have an angry mob to deal with. They show absolutely no remorse and have no excuse. They are professional *** *******. They provide no follow-up and no contact details for refunds.

I went on a tour with Miami Tours with my family 11-11-23. The tour started out good but when it was time to go back to the office non of their buses wanted to bring us back including other tour goers that was on the same trip. We were told that a bus would come back at 3:30pm to bring us back but that wasnt the case. We got to the pickup location at 3:24pm and saw one of their buses but it did not stop it just kept on driving even though we were wearing the red sticker they gave us to put on our clothing. Everyone was wondering whats going on. I called the office and told them what had happened and they said we have to wait for the 5:30pm bus. Mind you I was with my parent who are in their 70s and my 2 teenage daughters. Minutes later another one of their buses just drove by and didnt pick us up. The tour was supposed to be 2.5 hours and it started at 12 pm. By this time my car that was parked at a metered was towed even though I tried to catch a Rideshare car by LYFT to prevent that from happening but it was too late. My LYFT ride was $19.99 and cost to get my car from the towing company was $289. Miami tours should have been more professional and responsible. Miami Tours should refund me $308.99. How can this company be allowed to operate like this without no consequences?

This place is a ****!!!! We booked thru a 3rd party company “Viator” and received tickets and arrival time and location. We arrived an hour early and waited for the bus to arrive. We entered the establishment at our arrival time and they told us we needed to “check in half hour before our departure time” when we tried to show them our tickets and correspondence that never stated the “30 minute check in policy” they didn’t want to see it. When we told them we waited out front and never saw a double decker bus pull up our leave within the hour we were there (we knew they were lying) they got irate and threw us out of their establishment and yelled “no refund”. I googled the business and they have a 3.2 review score with many tourist complaining they were scammed! The tourist board of Miami needs to investigate this company as they completely lied to us and kept our money! Now I have to file fraud with my credit card company.

This tour company's advertisement online and in-person is very misleading/fraudulent. We paid for a 2 hour bus tour (1:30- 3:30pm) that went well past the 2 hours. At 345pm, we were ABANDONED at some market center and informed that the next bus would be at 530pm. I informed the tour guide that I was not feeling well and additionally, i was told by the front desk associate that we did not have to get off the bus during any extended drop-offs. I was told that because of traffic, we would have to wait for the next bus at 5:30pm and were asked by driver to step down off bus. I had to take an uber to the miami tours office to file a compliant and guess what, it was closed. I deserve to be reimbursed for additional unexpected expenses that I suffered.

Beware - this whole establishment seems to be a scam to avoid state tax due to the ****************. Here is what happened when I booked Everglades tour:1) I booked the tour on **********************************. Instead of taking me to the credit card portal they say pay upon arrival.2) Then I get a strange email that says I need to pay by *****. I call their office and mention the conflicting emails and they say it is OK to pay upon arrival, but it has to be CASH. I go to ATM and keep the cash ready.3) Upon arrival they say I don't have a reservation since I did not pay by *****. Our whole day ruined.The whole thing looks shady. The invoice does not have sales tax listed. I am shocked that this goes on unchecked in ******* and the government does nothing about it. I have never seen any web-based booking company not collecting cc payments or check payments.
