            I recently purchased a antenna from cordless magic with the advertised delivery of 2-3 days, now is day 8 without delivery, I've tried contacting cordless magic but can only receive a automated response which gives you no answers other than a tracking number that lets you see the package sitting in a warehouse for days now and leaves you without answers or anyone to ask questions , there is no other way of contact, since this company can not communicate with me and is very late on delivery I only wish my money back,I can't use there automated returns as I never received a to product to return , my tracking number is ******

            We placed an order for the Cordless Antenna on March 5, 2022, received a confirmation the same day and our credit card was charged the same day (March 5, 2022) - antenna was received approximately 5 days later. We tried the antenna in several locations and it did not work at for us. We requested and RECEIVED return authorization approximately March 15 - followed their instructions and returned via *** on March 18,2022. *** tracking confirms receipt at their "front desk" on March 23, 2022. To date we have no notification of return received from Cordless Antenna (as they said we would) nor has there been a credit issued. We have also tried MANY times to contact them through their "Contact Us" on line, but that doesn't work either. Can you help?
