            Martinson's Enterprises LLC., ************************************************************** ************ surreptitiously redirected my browser from a legitimate site to DCMPL.** and collected my credit card information. I have been charged ***** for months for something that I couldn't pinpoint. I chatted with DCMPL.**'s customer service at **************. Here is the conversation:Me: what am I being charged for? Please give me a minute to retrieve your information in our system.Thank you for patiently waiting. May I have the first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit / debit card that was charged?Me: Xxxxxx and xxxx ******* I know the name of the person who this card is under?Is this your email address: ************? SP parking is a parking site, not DCMPL. I was tricked when trying to park my car on vacation in *******, seeing my daughter who is actively serving in the US Air Force. *****:I've managed to pull up your account and it shows here that you have an active subscription to a streaming site called (tudum.co). This provides streaming to music, tv shows, movies and access for ebooks and online games. I'll go ahead and completely cancel it for you. Anything else? I asked for a confirmation of the cancellation and was told I would receive an email shortly. Still have not received this email.

            Martinson's Enterprises LLC., ************************************************************** ************ surreptitiously redirected my browser from a legitimate site to DCMPL.** and collected my credit card information. Soon thereafter my card provider called and asked if I had made a payment to them. I responded no and the charge was declined. One week later (11/14/22) I was once again charged for $39.95. I chatted with DCMPL.**'s customer service at abhelpline.com. Here is the conversation:Me: Cancel my charges and refund immediately. I was redirected to DCMPLUS while signing up for another site. I immediately contacted my credit card company when I saw what had happened and they declined the charge, only to learn that you tried to bill me again a week later. AB: I'll be more than happy to assist you with that. Please give me a minute to retrieve your information in our system.Thank you for patiently waiting. I do apologize, unfortunately there is no account located here in our system using your email address *********************** May I have the first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit / debit card that was charged?Me: Xxxxxx and xxxx ******* I know the name of the person who this card is under?Is this your email address: ************?Me: Yes. I issue email with the name of the vendor to avoid spam. SP parking is a parking site, not DCMPL.*****:I've managed to pull up your account and it shows here that you have an active subscription to a streaming site called (tudum.co). This provides streaming to music, tv shows, movies and access for ebooks and online games. I'll go ahead and completely cancel it for you.Your subscription has been canceled as per your request. Your credit/debit card will not be billed from this day forward. Anything else?Me: As my browser was hijacked, and the charge was declined, I want a refund for $39.95 (they agreed)

            We have refunded the $39.95 (USD) charge and blocked the associated credit card with the transaction to ensure no future charges occur. It may take 3-5 business  days to appear on the statement.
