Nightmare Purchase Experience at Volvo of Miami I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of a 2019 Volvo XC60 T6 Inscription from Volvo of *****. My experience has been nothing short of a ************ an out-of-state customer, I expected a higher level of service and support. However, the vehicle I purchased was not as advertised, and the post-sale service has been appalling. The dealership has been unresponsive, unhelpful, and often outright rude.I have encountered two check engine lights within just four months of owning the vehicle. The dealership has been unwilling to address these issues under warranty, despite the service center confirming the car was certified as CPO.I have been forced to engage in numerous back-and-forth calls between the dealership's departments to clarify the warranty information. Despite repeated attempts to get a clear explanation, I have been met with conflicting information and a lack of accountability.I believe that Volvo of Miami's actions have been both unfair and misleading. I request that Volvo ************* investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I expect a full refund of my service repair which was $900.

They advertise a car that has been on the lot for over a year at a low price. When you call, they tell you to come in and that it's available. I asked them to send me a walkaround video of the car, and all of a sudden, the car is in finance with someone else who is buying it. The car is still on the website a month later, and I've called three times, and each time I get the same story. It's clearly a bait car. Also, they are advertising **** rates for CPO Volvos when the lowest offered is ****.Review from William M

Bomnin Volvo Dealership is amazing. Honest and trustworthy salesperson. Great communication. Paperwork was explained well and everyone was professional. I will be back when I need to buy a car again.
