I have not received a tracking order and they have failed to communicate with me via email and there is no phone number to complain. I purchased the item on October 9, 2024. I received an email stating that the item had been shipped, but then the shipping was cancelled. I received a new tracking number on October 27. ******* stated that the item had been picked up by ***, but the tracking still only says "Label created," and it is now November 3. I placed an order with shapewaist on 5/16. Order has been marked as order placed and nothing more. I ordered 2 products on March 30 using shop pay installments. I received them April 8, one order was delivered wrong. I ordered High Impact latex Free Short waist trainer, MEDIUM, its supposed to be pre-order but they gave me an XXS! I know my order because I took a screenshot of them before placing the order. On the website it has been changed. A red flag for me right away. I initiated a request to return email right away on April 8. The products were not worn at all. Trying to contact customer service was a nightmare. Tried calling the number, followed prompts, Dial zero for customer service then press "zero" again to be connected? Left messages nobody returned my calls. I have a paper trail. After 2 more emails, I finally received 2 email responses on April 23, one said all returns must be started through website, etc. The other email response said my return was approved and I should be getting a return label if I hadn't gotten one already, etc.. I never received a return label and it's getting close to the 30 days deadline to return so I sent them back, again unused, unworn and I took care of the shipping fees. My account was updated on April 23 as return completed. I didn't even get a courtesy email that they received them. On May 2, there is an email about a gift card, I feel like I'm being forced to buy their products again and go through this nightmare. And also I had seen my PCP about my gastritis, and he said no waist training for me. My emails asking for refund are left unanswered. AND THEY ARE STILL COLLECTING FROM SHOP PAY. I HAVE AN AMOUNT DUE THIS WEEK, MAY 13. I should not be paying anymore since I no longer have the products. They should make a stop on their end. I feel I'm being scammed. I don't trust this company. I've never had an experience like this. I will not settle for a gift card. They might send the wrong product again , the cycle goes on. I ordered 2 Sculpting Gua Sha Body Tool on 4.1.24. On 4.12.24 I only received 1 Sculpting Gua Sha Body Tool. I emailed shapewaist support and she said she would send out the second one. It has been a month and they stopped responding to my email and I still havent received any. Either send out the second item or refund me half of what I paid.Business response

I purchased from ShapeWaist on 02/16 and received notification on 02/20 that my item had shipped. However, the **** tracking number provided has been in label created since. I have attempted to contact ShapeWaist twice for an update and both responses have gone unanswered. I am now at the point where I will be reaching out to my bank as I believe this company is fraudulentBusiness response

I ordered a product from this company back at the beginning of January. They sent me the WRONG order. I sent an email immediately. they kept ignoring my messages. i sent TWO more emails and still nothing. I reached out to the person that promotes this company. they got into contact with them. In my previously sent emails i sent all the proof, photos of my order, the recipt, everything. and they still ignore me! I want my money back and they will not answer me and are just scamming me. If the customer would like a refund, we can gladly provide one but we need the product we mailed sent back to us. There is no problem with us issuing a refund if the product is returned.

I havent sent them all the information. Theyve been saying they will send back the refund but still have not done so. This has been three months. I have no issues giving the product back. I do not want something I did not order? But they have been making excusing and ignoring me. This is not right. They keep saying they will issue a refund but they still have not sent boxes or anything back for the product. I am not going out of my way to go to ***** or where ever to send something back to a companys hat ***** made this issue a high priority. They keep ignoring me and running away from the problem. I want my money in full 150$ as provided in the evidence included.Customer response

Ive asked you to provide this refund months ago. And now you are saying the same thing Ive been asking for. I never said I wont send the product back but I definitely will not take time out of my day to bring it in. You can schedule a pick up at my residence (the shipping address) and I will leave the product outside. I will not package this back up. I want the refund before I send this product back because unfortunately youve been saying you will refund me for 3 months now and this have not been fulfilled. Do better.

As mentioned, you can schedule a pick up for your order and it can be picked up at my house. I will not be taking time out of my day and paying for the package to be shipped out. Do better. Let me know when its schedule, send the shipping label and I will wait for my money.

They still have not sent over the return label. This is a mandatory next step for them to receive their order. I have never dealt with a company that makes their customer pay it send an item they incorrectly sent. Can you get them to send the return label.Business response

The customer has been refunded in full. Also, please note that we reverse the right to never answer this customer's emails or calls because while she writes very proper here, we have over 10 emails where she curses, demeans and mistreats my employees who are mostly young college girls. The full refund has been issued, she can keep the product and to cease the harassment of my employees and company effective inmediately as we no longer have any pending business.

Good morning,
The order was placed on July 26th at 4:46am. We packaged and shipped it on July 27th through **** tracking number 420897069305510944102328951522. It shows successfully delivered by **** on July 31. I've attached screenshots of the order details through Shopify, the shipping label which we paid and used to ship the garment and the screenshot from the official **** website confirming the order was successfully delivered.
The customer did not email, call or reached out in any way as she is claiming here as we've researched all inboxes and voicemails. She sent us a direct message through Instagram at 8:45pm on Tuesday (outside our working hours) to which we replied as a courtesy at 11:45pm requesting more information because we needed a full name or order number to research the order. We since then, asked her if she'd like for us to open a claim and replace the package and we've received no response. Screenshot of the conversation attached.

I definitely reached out a significant amount of times via both email and chat. I ended up on the BBB review board after reaching out repeatedly to you. The lack of response from your company got me questioning the reviews so I looked them up and ended up here. Your company needs to be way better in regards to communication also a ****** in professionalism but thats neither here nor there

The customer ordered directly from our website and the product she ordered was shipped. She contacted us through online chat, didn't bother to call or email. Our online chat is not always online as we are a small business and have limited staff but all emails get answered within ***** hours as we specify on our website. Attached please find the copy of the chat where the customer reached out to us, didn't get a response for less than 5 minutes, and automatically filed this complaint. This type of predatory and erratic behavior is not justified and we will not allow our company to have any bad record or review for a customer who decided to file this complaint without reaching out to our company at all. She can follow the procedure listed on our website for returns, and once the garment is received in new condition and undamaged, we have no issue providing her with a refund.
