Shipping takes almost a month to get item. I bought 2 waist trainer, 1 was defective and I filed for a return. No reply thru their website after filing for a return claim but someone replied back from their company wanting reviews on my purchase. I asked whats going on as I filed for a return claim and no response, was finally given a return label and you only have 1 day to ship item back. I shipped item back the next day. Someone sent me an email the next day stating my return label is no longer valid and I couldnt use lable anymore. I emailed back saying I already sent the item back within their 1 day return time frame (such ridiculous time frame 1day, makes sense now. They do that so if you dont send it back right away they get to keep ur money). Its been 3 weeks now and no response about my refund. I will be filing thru my bank to get my refund. Your company is going to rot carrying this kind of s***** service.Review from Angelica C

If I could give this company a 0-star review, I would! I placed an order on 04/24/2024 and received an email confirmation. They charged my credit card but never sent the items on an almost $400 order. I emailed them multiple times for an update but never received a response so I finally submitted a dispute through my credit card company to be reimbursed. This company is a scam. I then posted a comment about the issue on their instagram profile and they proceeded to block me!Buyer beware!!!Review from Meranda R

Scam. Products are not as listed. Returned item and was told I would be given a store credit and even after over 2-3 months of emails and instagram messages, no response. Took my money, returned the product and NO response. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable for an overpriced product. Would NEVER recommend. STILL waiting for response. Purchased item in Jan returned in Feb and its mid April.. HORRIBLE experienceReview from Sandra R.

Good morning. I placed an order #***** over a month ago. I have tried to contact you about my order several times. Im tired of writing to you all the time. First you cheated me, you didnt send the order and now youre completely ignoring me. Its a mockery how you treated me. Im ashamed!!!Due to failure to meet shipping deadlines. I request that the order be canceled and the money returned immediately. You delete my comments on Instagram, there is no contact with you. This is a mockery. Fraud. Dont buy anything from herepoor customer service. I second every complaint from all customers reviewing their product. Bought 2 waist trainers the sizes were incorrect. I reached out via website, chat, tik tok, ig, phoneanyway you can think of without resolve or response. I believe they stall after or until the return/grace period runs out so they can say its too late. I have proof of all of my attempts to contact them to exchange for correct size. I didnt even want my money back just an exchange on the brand new never opened or worn product and still no resolve
