I went through ********* to expedite my passport. I was lead to believe that the price I was paying for covered all costs and fees associated with getting my passport and expedited service. They first ask you for your credit card and then make you fill out an application. It is not made clear until you are supposed to print out/send documents that an additional $200 fee is required. I tried reaching out to customer service but was never able to get in contact with anyone despite trying via email and over the phone. I called 3 times, left voicemails, and attempted to go through ***** support. What I have found out through ****** is the service they are providing is essentially a scam. They do not expedite your passport any quicker and jsut fill out the application for you (which is a service you can do on the regular **** website). This company is a complete fraud.

I applied for a passport and was charged for a service that would have taken only six weeks. However, they assigned me to a service that would take over eight weeks. So then my passport would not have arrived in time, AND they charged me for the service that didnt match my request.

I sent my Passport to this company with a money order for roughly 200$ for a new passport and passport card. I have contacted them multiple times to try to fix the issue with my paperwork. I have not received any return contact and there are multiple complaints online that this happens consistently. I would like my documents back at this point.

On May 28, 2024 I paid $268.90 to what was called ***** Travel RMP which is a supposed partnership between Fed Ex and and company that said it could expedite passports. That company is craftily called Gov/works. Once the payment was made, I had to make several calls to the company to find out the next steps. I finally discovered I needed to take the paperwork I had filled out online to the post office for them to process the expedited passport. In the end Gov/Works did nothing to either handle or expedite the passport. I then had to pay the passport an additional $268.90 to process the passport. Again, very craftily, Gov/works charged the same as the ***** probably to confuse anyone using their supposed service.Three weeks after the money was removed from my bank account, they sent an email to say I could request a refund. The problem is that the refund link does not work and they no longer accept my calls when I tried to check on the refund link. Clearly a scam!!

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against rushmypassport.com, concerning a passport application service that I utilized on their website. My experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and I am seeking a resolution. On May 28th, 2024, I completed a passport application through rushmypassport.com, providing all the required personal and sensitive information. I paid $228.95 for this service. Unfortunately, I discovered that I was unable to use their service as promised.Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of $228.95, which I paid in good faith for a service that was not rendered. I am deeply concerned about the legitimacy of this website and its business practices, and I believe a full refund is the appropriate resolution to this matter.I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to a prompt resolution.Sincerely,***************************** email: *******.*******@csus phone number: *************

I am escalating a complaint regarding a negative experience with GovWorks and ***** passport services for my minor son (order GW-04C49ED8E). A $70 ***** service fee was retained despite a partial refund after cancellation.I am deeply concerned that either GovWorks or ***** rendered this service to a minor without proper eligibility validation, causing financial hardship and shaking my confidence in both companies. My attempts to resolve this with GovWorks have been unsatisfactory.I demand a full refund of all fees, a detailed explanation from both GovWorks and ***** regarding how this occurred without proper validation, and assurances that measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents. I have attached my previous correspondence with GovWorks for your reference.

I was charged $263.90 by my.Govworks.com via ***** for an expedited passport process. This is a bogus site that does not offer an expediting service of any sort. They charged my card in advance of going through the application process with no explanation of how to proceed or what the next steps are in the application. This is because they do not offer an expedited process at all. They do not handle the passport application nor do they track the application.

I paid $450 for an expedited passport service and after many attempts to call them during their customer service hours - they havent responded. Im trying to resolve this by either having them perform the service I paid for or get a refund for services not provided that I paid for to no avail.
