Company said they would expedite a passport for ****** and have it completed in 2-3 weeks. Its been two months and nothing has been completed, took the payment from me immediately though. There is no way to contact these people and fed-ex should be ashamed to list these people as a source. Do not use this company, just do the work yourself.

Though it isn't necessary to use this company to expedite, & will cost more, my contact, *******, was very helpful & seemed personally invested in securing my passport & easing my anxiety. She was reachable multiple times, explained things clearly, ensuring I understood the process, & researched + scheduled an appointment with an activator for me (post office). It took 4 days from the day of that appointment until my passport arrived. I was shocked at the speed of the he process. Don't know how they did it, but I have absolutely no complaints about the result. It seems impossible I should have received it by then (over 2 weeks before my trip), based on info from *********** & other sources. Worth the extra cost for peace of mind, in my opinion.

Paid 128 1 year ago and never received my rushed passport. I believe this is a scam and shocked ***** is attached to this company allegedly.

I'm rather surprised by the negative reviews here. My experience was entirely different:We were about to leave for a 2 week vacation in ***** and I realized my passport was going to expire before we returned. I googled services that offered expedited passport renewal and found a link to GovWorks via ***** (see link below).The ***** page explained the process, prompted for some info and turned me over to the GovWorks site, which took the needed information, generated a printable PDF for the renewal application - filled in with my info - and the ***** label for shipping.I took it to a ***** store, they took a photo, put it all together and shipped it out. I received email and text notices tracking the package, and updating me re the progress of the process.The new passport arrived not long after we returned from vacation, well within the turn-around period I'd purchased. The old passport was returned separately, a few days later as I'd been told it would.I'd happily use this service again.*********************** **** **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************

ludicrous egregious disservice by their rep ******************************** can't believe this company is still in business. I submitted the identical payment their website told me to submit. now they're trying to tell me it's 2 dollars more and they won't process without it. ****** refuses to escalate me to supervisor. their website is broken and no way to contact them. are you freaking kidding me.

This summer I was going to take my daughters to see their father abroad. Two months before the trip, I realized that my passport was expired and wanted to use such a service to be safe. What a joke!First, they tell me the picture is no good. I have ***** make another, and the day it arrives at their office, I call to make sure that they have it. The rep ******* me that all is well, and the time frame to receive the passport is June 18. Also, I am assured that no news is good news, i.e., if this new photo isn't up to scratch, they'll let me know.I stupidly trust them and wait until June 18. I call and get an extremely rude woman who knows nothing, can apparently check nothing, but says I'll get a call the next day. I don't. I call the day after and the rep (all the male reps are actually polite), basically admits that the photo I sent wasn't checked. THEY HAD HAD IT FROM MAY 23 TO JUNE 18 AND HAD NOT EVEN CHECKED IT!On June 24, they finally send it on to the ***************** I got the passport far too late to go anywhere, and guess which photo is in the book? THE FIRST ONE THAT THEY TOLD ME WAS UNACCEPTABLE.So what did I pay $200 for? For some people to falsely critique *****'s first photo, sit on their hands for several weeks, and then send it on? I am looking into avenues to make more serious complaints about this "business".P.S. You know how there's an automated message at the beginning of these phone calls asking you to stay online to rate their service? Yep, I got hung up on all three times.

I went to the passport agency, US ************ to give them the application and I told them I had paid govworks.com through ***** more than 2 hundred for them to expedite the passport service. The US post office told me that they have had a lot of people with the same assurance from this govworks.com and that it is a complete fraud because they actually don't do anything for you and they are not in business with them. The US post office worker recommended me to talk with my bank immediately to dispute the charges. I did call my bank and told them. Still in the process of the dispute. I really hope I can get my money back and that people like me stop falling for "easy ways arounds" of getting things done!

TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE. They are a middle man. I had to go to the passport office to get my daughters passport because she is under 18. I had everything expedited through the passport office directly and when I asked for a refund from govworks they wouldn't give it to me because I printed out their application! Just the flipping application cost me $209. They did absolutely nothing. TOTAL TOTAL SCAM.

Deceptive business. They do not submit your application to a government agency.
