    I paid $86.50 to renew my service and cannot access my credentials to enjoy the service. *** tried to contact the business several times to no avail. No one answers the phone. No one calls back when I leave a message. No one responds to email inquiries. And no one answers when I try to do a virtual chat.

    Having been a customer of ********************** for almost two years, I recently paid for 3 months service renewal two days before due date. Service was canceled and I have been unable to reach customer service by phone and email.This is a new problem. Very disappointing.

    I renewed my subscription with wyatv and got no servise at all. I called, emailed them to contact with issue and they have not responded at all. They say they care about their customers in their recordings but have yet to contact me. They took my money like so many people have been complaining about this and have lost their money as well. I would like a refund of my money since i never got the service i paid for or a response out of them. Thank you for your time.

    12/18/2022 Service switch over to a new app with new login information and new password and user ID information. I have been calling and sending messages and no one has responded to me yet. My service is not working and I am getting very frustrated with this. The one time someone did responded they told me to uninstall and reinstalled. Well that didn't work. I reached out again and got nothing. My service was down yesterday and it is currently down at the moment. This company has no problem taking your money but you can't never get someone to help fix your problem.

    I subscribed to WYA TV for a few months and was very happy with the service. I recently re-subscribed for another 3 months, I confirmed the payment through my bank and have not had my service turned back. I've made multiple attempts to reach WYY TV through their website, email and also over the phone. They have yet to respond or to return my many messages. I would like my service turned back on or a full refund.

    iTS REALLY SIMPLE I PAID TO RENEW MY WYATV SUBSCRIPTION ON 29TH OF DECEMBER AND THEY DID NOT RENEW. ORDER NUMBER IS ****** FOR ONE MONTH RENEWAL FOR *****. AFTER REPEATED PNONE CALLS (NO ANSWER) LEFT MESSAGES INCLUDING EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER AND STILL NO RESPONSE. THIS WYATV BUSINESS SHOULD BE LISTED AS A SCAM.

    The credentials changed and I have not been able to use my phone to log onto multiply amp nobody has reached out Im 5 attempts for new credentials even.
