    I paid WYA TV for 5 months of service in October as pictures show from my purchase. I was only given 1 month of service and the service was shut-off. I have continued to contact WYA TV support by email, phone, and live support from their website. No one ever responds. I strongly believe this is becoming a fraud case and this company is taking customers money. Last night my wife without knowing the current situation paid for another 3 months of service as you see in pictures attached. The service was once again not granted and money taken. I reached out yesterday and today and once again no one responded. I dont think they actually have any support and everything is automated. I believe this company needs to be investigated as my neighbor and others are having the same issue.

    I have been trying to contact WYA TV for over two months, I brought a replacement fire stick and when I tried to put in the imformation to log in I got message say I had more devises than was allowed. I had only three that included the replacement stick. Now I started to hear about a new code and password but no one had sent me a new password. Over the last two months I have called and emailed them several times at the phone number and email they provided but once did they try to contact me. I have never been late with a payment and paid six months at a time. The last phone call and email was done December 9, 2022 In reading all the complaints it seem as if they don't care about us just what they can get out of us.****************

    In December 2nd @ 11:17 PM I renewed my 3 month subscription with WYA TV. They normally take about 15 minutes to send out login credentials. Its now been 4 days and Ive yet to receive my correct log in credentials. *** contacted them numerous times regarding the issue and have yet to receive a response. I have proof and will provide the screenshot. I need for someone to contact them and have them either contact me vie email or phone. ************************** or ************ thank you!

    I dont know if this company is legit every time I call this company no one answered the phone are return my call I having been leaving voicemails since November 24,2022 I have been emailing them also no one has responded to my email . This is a horrible company to do business with .

    I purchased wyatv's service on last month. they changed the password and other info and i cannot access the tv streaming services. I've reached out to them 20 times with no answer. So essentially they have stolen my money with nothing in return..

    I have made numerous attempts via phone call, text, email, and live chat, to contact technical support without any success. I am receiving and error code ECO6 on 2 of my devices and am unable to use the service.

    I can't seem to reach anyone on the phone at customer service about technical difficulties. The email address provided on the website, no one ever replies. I do t think it's a valid email address. We have been trying to speak with someone since last month about the technical problems we're having.
