My next step is to report them to DBPR/attorney general for fraud. I have cameras all around my house, the last time they came they were here for 2 minutes then left. Yet they still managed to bill me for a full (1 acre) treatment. This is not the first time this has happened either, they are supposed to call me a day in advance to ensure I am home to watch them. They never do. When I call the supervisor he of course apologizes, says the tech is bad, he will never send him again, but it continues to happen over and over. This is actually fraud, wrongful deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.

Please do not use this company. I had a brand new sod yard they managed to kill. When I would ask for a manager, he would ignore me. They kept claiming they would come out and never did. Just stopped responding. Even when I asked what was applied so I could try to treat it and stop dying, they refused. I assume they knew they did something wrong and easier to not respond. ******** company that is poorly run in the management level that takes no responsibility for their work. Since I had to pick a star rating I selected 1 but really should be none.

Absolutely the WORST lawn care service on this planet! 6 months of paying $70/month and there is NO difference or even slight improvement in my lawn. Stay away from this company.

A BAD EXPERIENCE. Should have read the reviews first. My lawn slowly died in many areas. Weeds of many kinds. Bald spots. I made several calls to see if they would come out and suggest how WE could correct the situation. The (2) local techs came out, separately. First blamed water sprinkler pattern. He adjusted 2 heads. Nothing changed. Mind you that Fla has heavy summer rains. No different. The 2nd big tech agreed with my thoughts that I might need a new lawn. Finally the super tech (so I thought) who later texted me, told me that they could correct it. First kill the lawn with chemicals then peel it up and re-sod it to the tune of $8500 dollars. I asked him why did it die? He said quote "I didn't really dig into it, I just measured it for a new lawn". BUT he did think lack of water (again) and get this " maybe bugs". Don't you spray for bugs???????

DONT USE PEST BESR!!???? This company is very sneaky! We have used Pest Bear since 21 for all of our services. We contacted Pest Bear back in 2022 because we found out that we had termites. They’re supposed to be experts, but all their expert is lying and misleading! We were told that we had a type of termite so we paid to get it corrected and then I have been in contact with them several times over the last two years because the issue still to this day is not fixed. Comes to find out we actually have a different type of termite now I know you can get different type of termites throughout the process, but the problem that we were experiencing back in 2022 IS STILL THE SAME! One of the managers Rob informed me that on our contract we signed preventative.. I’m sorry that your company misled us into signing the wrong type of contract because we’re not familiar with this. You guys should have your licenses taken away. I am beyond disgusted. Now I have even more of a problem that I thought was being fixed this whole time, but you guys are a bunch of Liars. If you like to waste your money and be taken advantage of use them, but if you want great service and see results I would contact somebody else. That knows what they’re talking about.

This company has ruin my entire front and backyard including palm trees I have spent $100sK for my new built houses landscaping and PETS BEAR convinced me to do best maintenance and lawn care including Lawn and shrubs , liquids aeration, fertilizing , feeding necessary chemicals , taking care of my 14 palm trees basically doing everything to take care of my Lawn .I have signed contract with them 02/20/2024 with an amount of $215.00initial fee and $355.00 and $295.00 been charged ok my credit card and since the day signed with them I only had once mosquito service and one time tree service.Thats All !I have repeatedly called them and requested weeds are growing and my lawn turning brown and they responded couple of day later and said technician was not comfortable to do service including chemicals treatment and cutting reason why sod was not rutted yet!I had them on a conference call with landscaping company who installed the sod back in Nov2023 and they said its been over 3 months since then and its ok to do treatment.After this conference call with PestBear showed ONLY once for MOSQUITOE treatment and after never showed again. After calling questioning and requesting manager to take immediate action they said next opening would be a week etc.finally their field manager(*******)came and looked and shocked and I asked him to call his boss and explain how they gonna fix this mess?His boss didnt like my attitude wasnt really helpful and denial and decided not to service anymore !Thats it They RUINED MY ENTIRE LAWN as you can see the pictures and already changed me $215 + $295 + $355 to start and This is what I got from PESTBEAR!

After switching to Pest Bear ********************* from another company, my lawns condition worsened significantly after 1 1/2 years of service. Despite meeting with the manager prior to leaving on a trip and expressing my concerns, upon my return, my lawn was overrun by weeds and in poor condition. Unfortunately, the companys response was disappointing, as they seemed quick to deflect blame rather than address the issue at hand. Their insistence on additional service visits without effectively correcting the problem only added to the frustration. Canceling my service became inevitable. The root of the issue seemed to stem from inexperienced technicians and a lack of follow-** in treating lawns. Overall, my experience with Pest Bear ********************* was incredibly frustrating and ultimately led me to terminate my contract.

A fast talking salesman caught me in the yard, saying his relative lived in our subdivision and my yard would look great if we used their services. I allowed him to start the service. Mid summer 2023 they applied something on the lawn that destroyed our lawn. The tech blamed it on our mowing company that we have had for 10 years without a problem. I contacted the office and they sent out Cliff, a manager, who witnessed how bad our lawn was. I called to cancel the service when they sent Cliff out. Cliff said let us try to fix the problem and it won't cost us a penny. He was saying they would hit it hard with fertilizer. Well, two weeks later someone showed up and put something on the lawn. And, then I received a bill for that service. Later in the summer I contacted the office again and asked them to send Cliff back so we could discuss what he had said and see nothing had improved. They sent out a new manager who witnessed how bad the lawn looked, said he called Cliff and said Cliff said he would take care of the billed amount. the new manager said he was going to apply a root enhancing product and I wouldn't be charged for it. Again, I was billed for it and now they have turned my wife and me over to a collection company in California with a California operating license who have been bothering us even after we sent two letters to Pest Bear explaining our situation. We are finally starting to see some improvement in the destroyed lawn, no thanks to Pest Bear. My advice.... stay away from them. One star is one too many.

They go above and beyond we live in ************ and are tired of ******. We love **** he's the best
