Unresponsive regarding refund status. Received an email from Victory ************ that they have received and accepted our change of address verification, thus we are entitled to a refund on 03/11/24. It is already 06/2024, and we have not received our refund. I have sent emails and made phone calls. They said they will follow up and have sent our refund request to their ***************

I have been taking classes at Victory for two years. I have had physical benefits from their classes, but aside from that, I think the company is focused on the bottom line, and not at all about martial arts. Here are my complaints: 1) At belt promotions, everyone passes. During the three month learning cycles, all these expectations are set. During the actual promotion, none of the expectations have to be met. 2) When comparing my skillset learned from Victory to taekwondo practitioners from schools other than Victory, my abilities are sorely lacking. I have learned a few kicks and punches, and stances. No forms have been taught ever in my time there. Egregious! 3) I was accosted by a student who had the reputation of being overly aggressive with many other students, and I verbally stood my ground. He and I had a verbal spat in front of the class. He wanted to physically fight and I humored him. From that point on, I was limited to coming to class on M, W, F, while the other gentleman had to attend T,Th, and F. My instruction is now limited and I cannot take full advantage of the class schedule each week because of a poorly behaved adult. He was given his black belt, and I was blackballed. Wow! 4) Victory makes students buy new outfits just to test for different belts. One has to be dressed in their new clothing to learn martial arts, in essence. 5) I once had a conversation with the lead instructor at the Morgan Hill location about the school's expectations. He said that Victory was not a school, but a brand. I guess I have to appreciate the candor. 6) I am a 45 year old student who is capable. I was not able to do a spinning sidekick, but received no direct instruction or sufficient opportunities to practice in class. I was not given the opportunity to test for my blue belt because I could not reliably do the move. This is while other students who are sorely lacking in other areas were allowed to test. Unbalanced instruction!

My family and I have been going to Victory Martial Arts for about a year now. Our location is the Lake Mary office and we feel very blessed to have the staff we have at this location. The instructors make this fun - but also edge on discipline, as we are kindly reminded that this is martial arts and not a gym. We have seen our mind and bodies transform from a year ago and look forward to the next few years as we continue to develop technique and form. I understand that this is a business and the cost is not cheap. I made a conscious decision to do this so my family could have the life I wish I had growing up. My three year old is mildly interested while my 7 year old is 100% fixated on being the best version of herself she can be. My wife and I enjoy the Taekwondo classes and use the Krav Maga classes to really push ourselves to the next level.

this company is AL ABOUT the money , do not go here , they have uneducated staff in child behavior development teaching the classes especially the one in Maitland . they don't educate you on the policy and cancellation procedures they just ask you to sign and keep it moving , then they want to charge you to cancel your membership ! Find another place that's more friendly and human to the consumers ..........stay away from VICTORY MARTIAL ARTS !
