Bought this car December 23, 2021. 2017 Nissan Sentra. I called this dealership to look for something and they supposedly had multiple options for me to choose from and I could bring $1,000 down. I show up to look at a black Nissan and left them a $500 deposit due to them closing up the doors and banks being closed. Then black Nissan was out of question that I put deposit on already. It was gone when I came back next day. Then they offered this car. Which was better according to the car place etc etc Total down goes to $1,500 and then to $2,000 down. I tell them all I have is $1,100. So I pay the other portion and when I show up to get this car. Since apparently I wasn't able to pick my own car I want to finance for a arm and a leg, they had to choose and only option of 1 on the lot. Made no sense. After multiple trips I was told I would get a full tank of gas.(did not happen) I also make Jimmy aware of the things that need to be fixed on the car. One window not tinted, 2 different size tires on the front of the car,(had to buy 2 new tires, missing tire sensor..so dash constantly ringing), trunk will not shut at all some occasions and won't shut properly at all, it constantly flys open while on the interstate, he said door handle would be ordered and replaced(called him about that and he said he still didn't get a review on GOOGLE and that he'd take care of it after I did), now door handle is completely off and missing and the drivers is about to do the same. They said they would take care of it and did nothing. No, I was told after the fact, that it is my problem. 1 car handle is $310!!! Car runs terrible!! Transmission isn't shifting properly and is on its way out...no fluids were in the car. I tried getting my money back the first week or so of getting this car and these people REFUSED. Now I am stuck with a car that's almost $18,000 dollars owed on it and it's going to completely break down on me any day now. I want this resolved. They are getting away with scam

    Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/07/16) */ To Whom it may Concern: To the complaint set forth by******** ******,******** came on the dealer on December 22,2021 to see a 2016 Nissan Altima. She was advised that since she had arrived almost at 7:00 PM we wouldn't not be able to get her an approval and sell her the vehicle as it was too late in the evening, she could leave a deposit to secure the vehicle and we would call her the following day with the numbers on said 2016 Nissan Altima. The following day she was told she would need more money down to get into that specific vehicle, that if she wanted, we could work a cheaper unit. We were able to work a deal out with a 17 Nissan Sentra with a down payment of $2,000. She was told that if she could bring $1,500 upfront and that we would give her about a week or so for the other $500. She then said she can only come up with $1,100 as we were in the middle of the holidays. We then agreed to do the deal. She came back on December 23,2022 to pick up the vehicle where she signed the contract of $1,100 down and a deferred down of the remaining $900. She then came back on January 06,2022 to resign the contract with the complete $2,000 agree upon down payment. We are attaching proof of what is stated above. The vehicle was sold AS-IS No dealer warranty and nothing was promise in the we owe on both dates. She did how ever purchase a service contract through ******* ******, if she is having any mechanical problems with her transmission, she can take the vehicle to a certified mechanic shop in her area. We cannot offer any refund or exchange; she purchased the vehicle under her own decision and was aware and agreed to the terms. Customer should have a copy of her service contract, but we will also attach it in the file.

My husband purchased a car from this company they have been super rude and unprofessional the whole time. They wrote the check incorrectly to pay for the car and then refused to fix it so we had to drive over two hours back to the dealership to give them a fixed check that we had to get from the bank ourselves and had to take off of work to do so. We also got charged a ton of money in tolls to have to keep coming there from their mess ups. They did not provide us tags for the car but we gave them the money to order tags. They told us we could not get the tags on our own that they had to get them. They charged us $389.10 for the tags and told us they were 1 year tags. We get the tags and the receipt says $289.10 so what happened to this other $100 we paid. And the tags were only for 3 months. They scammed us and lied to us multiple times.
