My second water treatment system installed by Barron Services is equally good as the first one I had in *********, *** which they also installed and serviced. The representatives are very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate as they explain the system, its features, and benefits. I have friends who will drink the tap water in my home and not their own!! We need to introduce them to Barron Services!! I'm very pleased to highly recommend this company to everyone!Review from Sam D

I believe I was scammed. I received a card in the mail to welcome me on the new purchase of our home. The instructions on the card was to call the toll free number and receive a $100 Loews card. I called.... the nature of the call was to get a "free" water test to see if I need to install a $6000 water treatment system. The salesguy was informative, a little difficult to understand with a heavy accent. We were instructed both my wife and myself to be present for the 90 minute demonstration. We sat through the pitch but decided to hold off on our decision. The last thing the salesman said was that the $100 Lowes card would be sent in 7-10 days. It is now 3 weeks since we had the demonstration. I called this past week and the woman apologized and said the card was in the mail!No card was received........ I believe I was scammed!

I apologize you feel this way, unfortunately we do not have any control over the post office and when things do not get to you, that being said, we did mail you a check instead of a gift card this time so that we can track it, that was mailed on 4/15, if you do not receive that check you can call our office number at ************ and we can always cancel that check and reissue you a new one.Review from Eric Q

From installation to the present, Ive had issues! They explained to me after the installation that the waters bad in my ******** ran through the bags of salt they claim will last months, which is an extra bill to add to the others cuz I have to go buy the salt. To add insult to injury, when my solar panel went out they say its $200 just for someone to come check out the faulty equipment they sold me instead of it being complimentary (makes no sense).EXTREMELY disappointed! Theres thousands of dollars in the trash..Dont see how the owner conducts business so unprofessionally, would never recommend them to anyone!! Never took the time to write a review but use my experience as a warning, choose a DIFFERENT company!!!

Just moved into a new house in Bulow Creek Preserve in Ormond Beach Fl. The salesman Lazare gave his speech and then tested our water., Which turned out to be amazingly good!!!! He couldn’t believe it and frankly neither could we!! But the plastic gallon of Publix Spring Water tested the WORST! So no sale from us (Sorry Lazare) He was prompt, courteous and honest. We would recommend checking out this cute company if you want to know what’s in your water ??Review from Linda S

We recently received a brochure from Barrons and set up an appointment at our new home because we didn't know the water quality of this particular Florida county. We were impressed with the presentation of the sales rep and wanted to take it under advisement because we had not even considered having the water tested and a water treatment appliance upgraded from what was at the home already. One week after the appt and presentation, we decided we wanted high quality water since the demonstration revealed impurities which we were uncomfortable with. We called Barrons on a Friday, and Saturday morning at 10 am both the sales rep and the installer arrived on time to ink the contract and install the unit, impressive since Barrons and the installer are located 3 hours away, across the State of Florida. 10 days or so later our check for $100 arrived, as promised. We love soft water and are happy with the system and Barrons. We feel that if there are any problems in the future, the sales representative whom we established a nice business relationship with will handle any untoward issues or questions we may have with the necessary salt purchase/reimbursement and the cleaning products that are part of the perks. Had Barons install water treatment system two years ago got their best 3M system have not been happy with it at all still getting rust rings around bathtub still get smells in the shower from the water everything that the sales person told me turned out to be a lie promises the guy that installed it made never came true call to get my free salt delivered they don't want to do that anymore either not happy with Barron's whatsoever do not recommendBarron Services, LLC Response

Sorry you are having issues with your system, our records indicate that we came out twice in 2020 and your hot water heater was the problem, we came back out Jan 2021 and adjusted the settings. We have not heard anything from you since then, why over a year later post a negative review without calling? As far as your salt we will take care of that if you will call the office like you should have done before this post.
