8/14/2023 I purchased my husband a 2018 RAM 1500 Regular Cab 4x4. While signing paperwork my husband noticed the documents were marked Crew Cab. Finance told him they will change this, they did not. They misrepresented the vehicle to the bank and inflated actual value of vehicle. Along with hiding all additional add-ons, priced for a Crew Cab, they would say, "all of these benefits are included in your monthly payment." Failing to mention the value/ monthly payments actually would rise with these "benefits ". So, I called the dealership and they said that's is what my vehicle is called, a Crew Cab. It clearly has 2 doors and no extention on Cab. I went to the bank that this loan was approved by and they advised I need to seek legal help to undo what this dealer had done, they shouldn't have appoved this loan to begin with.

The Automotive transaction of the customer was reviewed by several levels of management. The information submitted to the bank and the book out is 100% correct.  The style listed in our accounting system and on the buyers agreement does say crew cab. The vehicle was driven the by the customer and they could see the vehicle was not a crew cab. In addition there is a video summary of the closing where it is clearly indicated the style of the vehicle. The aftermarket products were requested to be cancelled by the customer and that request was processed prior to receiving this complaint. A video summary of the transaction is available for review by the customer.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

At closing in video we commented on how this is not a Crew Cab and the dealer said it would be fine, however with the bank it is not. According to Vystar dealership did this to up the book value. They said they would not have accepted loan. Vystar will not refinance due to this misrepresentation.
