They did not deliver as promised. I just bought a jeep at ****. We left to let them prep it on Friday to pick up on Monday. We arrived to pick it up but the salesman was not working that day and took one of the keys home with him. He did not want to come to the dealership so he said he would mail it to us. We live about an hour away. Four days later, we get a torn empty envelop with our name and address plastered on it. Key is not there. I called them and asked why they sent me an empty envelope and are they going to pay to get me a new key (which they say will be about $500). They said no. I would have to pay for that. They said they are not responsible for the mail. I said that they were indeed responsible for not delivering it when originally promised with the vehicle and then sending it unsecured in a paper envelope. They will not return my calls. Do not do business with these scammers. Worse yet, someone out there has a key to our jeep and has our name and address. Scary.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership and they are unwilling to work with me on resolving the problem.I initially put my Jeep in the shop for a recall on the clutch and pressure plate. They were not aware of the recall, I had to provide the recall information to the service manager. Unfortunately, the service manager would not honor the recall information at first. After them having the Jeep for a week, they contacted me and told me they could only cover half the cost.next, they used a sales tactic, I told them of five concerns that I was experiencing, thinking this was part of the clutch issue. Once I gave him the concerns, he had me sign a paper saying that they are charging me $150 for each concern that I brought to there attention. Two weeks later, I went to pick up the jeep after having to pay over $1,800 for the repairs. When I got in the jeep to leave the jeep would not go into 1st gear. The service manager tried blaming the problem on me. He informed me that he, his mechanic, and one other person drove the jeep and there was not a problem. They never adjusted the linkage cable. They took the jeep back and adjusted the cable and that problem was fixed. I took the jeep home that evening and noticed during the drive that something still was not right. I got under the jeep and noticed that they left the support bolts out of the transmission support beam. At this point all I could say was WOW.....I asked to speak with the general manager. I explained everything to him. He asked me what I wanted him to do about the problem. I requested he talk to his team and get back with me. Again, he did not call me back. I attempted to call him back and he never answered his phone and they were unable to get him to answer the phone. This is a dealership that I will never go back to and highly recommend that know one takes there vehicle to them unless you want to deal with the same frustration that I have dealt with.
