I have been using Done Rite Roofing for over 20 years and they are really fantastic. They took care of my residence in ************** (as well as some of my neighbors there) and now at my new residence in ***********. We had Done Rite roofing repair our flat roof. They said they would need to also repair the tie ins to the flat roof. We have had nothing but issues with the tie in areas. After their roof inspector said they would redo the tie in areas and it would be totally covered they sent us an estimate for $600 dollars. I called and said it was supposed to be covered. They said they would call me back but didnt. I have left them several messages and they wont return my calls. Do not use this company. They do a shoddy job and they dont stand by their work.Review from Kelley O

I want to comment about an experience that occurred a few years ago in dry season after I had my flat roof replaced by Done-Rite. It didn't start leaking of course until rainy season and they came out to supposed repair the roof and wouldn't know until the next rain. Well this happened 3 times.
Now that I have to have my big roof replaced I have been shown pictures by a new roofing company where short supplies were used and is over the failed area. I am truly disappointed and would not hire this company again.

I apologize you feel this way, we installed your flat roof back in 2018 at that time it was 15 years old beyond its life expectancy. , your main shingle roof is currently 17 years old 3-tab shingle. At that time we advised you of that. I am certain once your old shingle roof is replaced your leak will stop.Customer Response

I beg to differ. I was not advised. If I was advised than I would have expected this leak to occur and thought, "I will need to have my roof replaced at this point and time." However after 3 visits my roof stopped leaking at no additional charge. What does that say to you? I will be having my roof replaced this year and it has not caused problems this far as the failed abutment has.
