It took almost a year to install!While promising to finish everything within 3-4 months. And still not finished.The screen are so bad, that insects comes in like the screen or not there.There were so many mistakes along the way.Everything you are promised, ask for in writing, and still it's not guarantee that you'll get it.Also and very important It is very difficult to communicate with them.Review from Rose R

Overall a really great experience and we are so happy with how the windows turned out. Excellent customer service and the company was very thorough at explaining the entire process. The supplies took a little long to arrive but once everything was in the scheduling process was quick and efficient. The installation team did a fantastic job and were able to install all of my windows in one day (it was a long day but worth it). The door was installed 2 days later and within another 2 days final inspection and touch *** were done. We have been told a few times we have the best looking windows in the neighborhood. I purchased a double front door from Luxury Home and Glass Solutions for my home. It took them about 2 months to deliver/install.I had 2 issues with the door:1) At **********, they drilled holes in both doors for the locks, when I only needed holes in only one of the doors (same as my original door). This was an easy fix and I assumed the cost of adding dummy locks and handles ($200)2) The door had several relatively small scratches that were reported to them immediately (as the door was being installed).They promised to fix the scratches.Over 2 months later - and several follow up calls from me - a guy showed up with a can of spray paint.I paid close to $5K for the doors and their fix was going to leave the door paint looking uneven in the areas where the scratches are.Now, Luxury Home and Glass Solutions, has decided to ghost me and not take responsibility for the quality of their product.YMMV, but in my case, Luxury Home and Glass Solutions did not stand by the quality of their product and decided deliberately to ignore a legitimate claim.
