    I ordered T shirts for an event and I paid for expedited shipping. My ordered wasnt received till after the event and I contacted them even before I received the shirts to express my issue. I finally did receive the shirts and I contacted them right away to return the items that arrived too late and they responded saying that the items I bought fall under their non returnable or non refundable items. They are T shirts. They sell T shirts. So now Im stuck with them. This is absolutely terrible.

    Order and Delivery Summary
    The customer's order was placed on 12/13 at 7:30 PM, after the same-day cutoff time of 5:00 PM. As a result, the order was processed and shipped on Monday, 12/16.
    At the time of checkout, the customer was provided with an estimated delivery date in the cart. For this order, the estimated delivery date was clearly shown as 12/20, allowing the customer to decide if the items would meet their timeline requirements.
    The items were successfully delivered on 12/20, as promised, in alignment with the provided delivery estimate.
    We would like to highlight that the items purchased are non-returnable, a policy that is transparently communicated during the checkout process to prevent any confusion. When the customer reached out about returning the items, they were kindly informed that the items had been delivered within the expected timeframe and were ineligible for return due to their non-returnable status.


    When this was communicated to the customer, their response was:


    "I think that is very unfair that I cant return a box that arrived too late for the event and has not even been opened. I am going to trash your name all over the place"

    Main page of item description on company website states that the t-shirts are 100% cotton. There is no indication here that the actual content depends on the color selected. Some colors only contain 50% cotton. For this information you must click on the "Materials" tab. I order 48 of the t-shirts in various colors with the belief, based on the main description page, that they were 100% cotton. But only 24 were 100% cotton. The company has made an "exception" to their return policy and agreed to accept a return of 24 shirts. However, I have to pay return shipping of approximately $60 to correct their mistake and for having a misleading and inaccurate website. I am happy to exchange the items for colors that are 100% cotton. I would like the company to pay for return shipping and issue a credit for use to purchase replacement items.

    10/24/2024 I purchased a total of eight polo shirts ($73.77) for my job to have customized. The shirts were fine but after viewing, it was decided that the company would like a thicker material. I put in a ticket for a refund only to be denied money back or exchange. I was told to view the policy which I did before purchasing. However, after stating the refund policy, how to request a ticket, and other information, there is a clause that states certain items cannot be returned. Very deceiving to buyer because it is not written with return policy but listed at the very end of other infomation Return Policy:Eligibility: Blank (undecorated), unworn merchandise in new condition can be returned within 101 days of your original purchase date.Refund Options: Choose either a store credit or a refund to your original payment method.     I ordered on November 12th and paid for rushed shipping (1-3 days) as stated on their website, alldayshirts.com. I checked my Tracking #, which showed November 18th, which is seven days!! This is unacceptable and highly false shipping advertising that they are using to prey on small business owners. I have orders that need to be fulfilled by Sunday, November 17th. I will be a week behind in customer orders as I press my graphics and ship. I contacted the business about their false advertising "FAST - 24 Hour ******************** 94% of Orders Are Received 1-3 Days Faster!" which they charge for.     Purchase Date: 10/17/2024 Amount: $353.67 Purchased items from website 10/17/2024. Return policy stated 101 day return for blank unused items. I did not open the box or take anything out of it. Had an event cancel so I no longer needed the product. Upon initiating a return label I was informed that my items were not returnable which goes against what the website states . I would have never purchased from ****** Shirts if I had known that they do business like this which is very shady. The only way to reach someone is through a chat which has not been helpful.

    I purchased some clothes from this company (2 jogging pants and 2 hoodies). After 1 wash, they shrunk considerably. The jogging pants inseam went from *****" to 24" and the hoodie length from *****" to 19". This is extreme shrinkage changed the size of the garments considerably. I am 5'11" so these items are no longer useful to me. I filed an inquiry with the company and was told these items could not be returned after they were washed and that "items containing a major percentage of cotton than polyester are bound to shrink". I understand shrinkage is normal and I factored the usual minor amount into my size selections but this shrinkage is nearly 20% on each garment. They reimbursed the cost of 1 pair of the jogging pants because it came with a hole. Seeking reimbursement for the other 3 items. Reference Order# DQ-*******. Ticket# ******.

    This customer did not place an order.  The phone number for our company is available on the site as well as google  however the preferred communication is via  mail or ticket system so that there is a written record of your correspondence.  

    The priority orders are available for same day pick  ship  (standard transit time) provided the order is placed by 5:00 pm    24 hour  pick ship  or economy pick ship

     each of these upgrades is standard transit time and the estimated delivery is provided in your card upon entering your zip code.

    I purchased a membership with All Day Shirts a few months ago, expecting it to streamline my business operations, but instead, I've faced multiple issues with their shipments. I've received packages with stained products, missing items, and completely different products from what was listed on the shipment details. Despite paying for express shipping through the membership, my packages consistently arrive late. It's clear that All Day Shirts chooses to ship using regular shipping instead of the express service I paid for. This isnt just frustratingits directly impacting my business. *** had to spend significant time and money driving around to local stores to replace missing products, which has not only cost me more in gas and time but also hurt my business by delaying customer orders. The lack of reliable shipping from All Day Shirts has led to penalties for my TikTok business, as Im not meeting my own deadlines due to their neglect. The first few times these issues happened, I let it slide. I even accepted their previous solution of refunding the cost of a missing shirt, though it still left me at a loss. But after experiencing this repeatedly, its clear their customer service is lacking. When I called today to escalate the issue, I was told they dont have any supervisors or managers available to help immediately, and Id need to wait for days before anyone reaches out. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a business like theirs. Im requesting a full refund for the membership, as its not providing the benefits theyve promised. Additionally, I believe Im entitled to compensation for the time and money Ive lost due to their repeated failures to deliver as advertised. Anyone considering using All Day Shirts for their business should think twice. Their service is fine until you need support. When that happens, youre left to clean up their mess while they prioritize saving a few bucks over customer satisfaction.

    Thank you for refunding the membership fee, but this $29 refund does not address the significant impact your service issues have had on my business. Over multiple orders, I've encountered incorrect items, stained products, and delays that forced me to spend both time and money seeking replacements locally. This has directly harmed my business, as I couldnt fulfill customer orders on time, resulting in penalties on my TikTok shop and lost credibility with my clients.
    A one-time membership refund alone doesn't make up for these repeated service failures, which have left me financially and professionally at a disadvantage. I am seeking a full refund for the products affectedboth the incorrect and stained itemsand compensation for the time I had to invest in mitigating these issues, after multiple attempts to resolve them in good faith.
