    Mid June 2023 I ordered 160 shirts from this business. There were shirts that was damage and I went through the proper protocol to file a report. Meanwhile, my customer added to her order so I ordered more shirts and this order had a couple of shirts that were damaged, so I filed a complaint with them for those shirts. The company stated that they were going to give me a credit but it would take a few days, however I need the shirts to finish the order. By this time the customer ordered some more shirts so I put in another order using a 10% discount card they put in my previous order. After a few days I noticed they cave me a $3.98 credit (in which I didnt use because by this time I ordered the needed shirts from someone else). I reached out to them to find out when was the credit going to be applied and the stated I have a $17 credit when I should have been credited $21.40. They continued to say I used a credit that I did not use and the order clearly shows I used a discount code (cash10).

    I purchased over $200 worth of shirts on June 26th and my order did arrive in a timely manner yet a couple of the shirts have light stains on them which I overlooked because they are white. The problem is, I ordered the wrong style of fabric shirt when I thought I was ordering 50/50 blend which these shirts showed up on the search when I clicked that filter for 50/50 only yet they are 100% cotton and I cannot use these all cotton shirts. The website states and this is quoted from the page at this very moment "Blank merchandise (undecorated & unworn, in new condition) may be returned within 101 days of your original purchase date. The cost of the merchandise paid will be refunded as a store credit or to the card used for the transaction within ***** business days of receipt of the items." so I send in a request to send back the shirts I cannot use and they did respond:"Hello, Thank you for contacting Alldayshirts.com. We are very sorry to hear that the items did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the items purchased are final sale and non returnable." So I called them and got the same kind of we don't care attitude from the girl on the phone after being put on hold for 5 mins right from the get go. Digging deeper into this website, EVERY SINGLE item on their webstore says >> Final Sale: May not be returned or exchanged << they do this so they don't have to honor their return policy!!SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY anything from alldayshirts. I want a full refund and will be filing a chargeback to my credit card due to these scammers not honoring their return policy.

    I purchased some Polo shirts from this company in the wrong color and they are refusing to let me return when it is advertised in bold letters on the website " *******************! Return with ease...AllDayShirts.com offers Returns for 101 Days! We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase". I have emailed them multiple times and am able to deliver the products directly back to them without asking them to even pay for a return label. Now al of a sudden they have a hidden return policy that is conflicting information than what is being advertised. I am not asking them for money back just for an exchange of the correct color of shirts and for them to honor what their website advertises. It is sad that they want to retain customers by lying to them and they shoulf be shut down for doing so. All I want is my order to be returned and to get the correct POLO shirts I require!!! My order # DQ-******. Pleas help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I placed an order on April 27 and was charged and paid for 24 hour shipping. This was the terms of the contract and my payment was acceptance. It has been 5 days and I did not receive shipping information as promised. I finally got an email saying my items would possibly ship tomorrow (6 days post order) with no tracking and just coming from a warehouse in *******. I have requested the express ship the items and did not hear back.

    I have tried to make a return to this company for over a month now. They have free 101 day returns, or so they claim. Every time I have tried to do exactly what they want me to do, they have another reason why they wont give me my return. You cant reach this company, and they take over 48hrs to respond by email. I feel scammed out of my money. I just want to return these unneeded items and get my money back!! I have given them so much business, and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to return a lot of shirts I cannot use, and need to get my money back. Per their policy, I should be allowed to do this, but they are making it impossible and you cant ever speak to someone.

    I purchased some t shirts from this company and they are refusing to let me return when it is advertised in bold letters on the website buying page that the exact item has easy 101 day returns. They keep telling sending me a hidden return policy that is conflicting information than what is being advertised. I have included all receipts and a screenshot of their website stating easy returns are accepted. I would like to have my refund granted as the website advertises.

    I am unable to respond to this complaint without further information.  It would appear that a customer attempted to place an order and the card was declined.  The credit card declines are not declined by the business, the credit card company would control that.  Customer should reach out to their card company to determine the issue on the card.  I cannot see from this information any other information regarding  this customer or their attempt to order.  additionally our store has an online chat as well as a customer support e mail posted on our site which either can be reached by clicking the support button on the home page of our site .  We respond to all requests made via email within 48 hours.

    I ordered shirts from this Company on 5/16/22 when the order came in it was wrong so i requested a return and this is the date they havent done anything about it i reached out multiple times but with no success please help
