We have received no new accounts, no calls, ZERO leads. She promised that the mailing would go out in several upper and high income zip codes including our own and our home receives valpak and should be in the target financial range. We received no mailer, none of our neighbors received our mailer and none of the employees that live in the zip codes have received mailers. I believe that this business is fraudulent and may or may not have even sent the mailers.

    I am rejecting this response because: *********** has not satisfactorily resolved this complaint and the Founder and laser vision coordinator have forwarded theircorrespondence with Valpak and asked me to assist in resolution. ***************************** verbally promised to provide proof of mailing and her supervisor's contact info on June 2, 2023. No information has been provided. Additional reminder to ************** was sent June 5, 2023 with no response. **************' response to all complaints has been "I don't own the company!"

    I signed a contract with Valpak to perform 3 mailings. I have requested multiple time for them to provide the tracking information and they have not responded and ignored me. That is part of their service which they fail to do so.

    I removed my address frpm valpaks mailing list and now im reveivng mail agaon, I thought once you opted was permanant, I dont want to receive mail from valpak anymore I want to be permanantly removed from there litlst

    I like MANY others are wondering why ValPak is harassing me again?! I told them NOT to send their garbage to my residence. It stopped for awhile and now theyre harassing me again. I DONT want your garbage. Clearly by all the complaints, no one wants this junk. I will take legal action if I ever receive ANYTHING from this company ever again.

    I have contacted Valpak several times (most recently 4 months ago) to be removed from their mailing list. I am sure it is of benefit to Valpak to mislead those that advertise with them as they claim they reach 45 million households, while in reality this junk ends up in the recycle bins of the vast majority of them so customers are not actually reached at all. What a waste of resources! How about maintain your lie to your clients and actually respect the wishes of those who don't want your waste in their mailboxes? I will never use your coupons and I will actively boycott anyone who advertises through you. So how about actually stop sending your junk to those who request it?And que Valpak's cut and paste "I apologize for the difficulties you've had in removing your address from our mailing list." response....

    Right relationship with the earth and consent in interactions are extremely important to me. I take specific action to eliminate junk mail delivered to me, it's wasteful, harmful to the environment, and it requires my attention and energy which are very valuable. Valpak, nor any other direct marketing mailing company, does not have my consent to mail to me. I have done the following things to stop the Valpak junk mail that is mailed to my address. And despite all these measures I have still received at least 3 mailings from Valpak in the past month or two:2019-11-19 joined DMAchoice opted out on https://www.valpak.com/coupons/show/mailinglistsuppression 2022-3-13 valpak keep showing up again (2 or 3 times) so I just went and removed our address from the mailing list again: https://valpak.com/remove-address 2022-6-1 double checked DMAchoice still has me as not wanting mailings at the ********* address 2022-12-2 valpak keep showing up at least 3 more times, repeated removal at : https://valpak.com/remove-address I request that Valpak PERMANENTLY remove me and my address from their mailing list. And that they fix their system so other people unsubscribing do not have the same issues I have.

    I have begged and pleaded with ValPak to stop sending me their coupon newspaper style circular. Ive ask on the phone 6 times and ******* promises that it will stop but I might get another issue before it stops. But they just keep coming. The material comes through my mail slot and explodes into a mess every time it comes. Its such a waste of paper too. Please stop them from sending this unsolicited garbage mail to me. Thanks

    I have tried many times to Unsubcribe from the ValPak Envelope that keeps coming to my home address....I filled out the online form on 1/12/22. and then again on 6/17/22 and just now (11/11/22). I utilized the ValPak Website and then went to OptOut.Share/XXXX, and also the link provided by an Internet ValPak Search. It was the exact same form that I filled out each time and I may have even filled it out Last Year in ********************************************************** the optional Apt Number box, and the form said that it was successfully received (and processed?) but would take 2-3 months to remove. However, the message also said that the envelopes cannot be stopped from only 1 apartment and must be the whole building. So the second AND THIRD times I filled out the form I put the address in as just the street address and unit number combined, as the condo units have separate entrances for each unit - Not 1 big building as an apartment would be. Each time the same successfully removed message came up;...but the envelopes still keep coming!!! I live in **, and am having the same issue / problem that several other people in other states are apparently having based on the complaints I read on your BBB.org website. Therefore, am filing this complaint to try and stop these nuisance envelopes.

    I've formally requested that this company stop spamming me and mailing me all of this valpak garbage. I was told it would stop after 2-3 mailings but they continue sending me this trash. I have not asked for this and I want them to stop immediately
