    Valpak has an opt out problem. They say there will be a few more mailings after you file the opt out. I have filled out the opt out many times and these mailings keep coming. They send mailings that are the biggest bunch of useless ads that can ever be received. It is 2022. Who wastes this much paper? This is a waste of time and money. I dont want to ever see this trash again. It goes into the garbage unopened now where it belongs. I am sure they will ask how I know it is garbage if I dont open it. I have opened them many times over many years. I realized many years ago this is a waste of time. It is my right to not receive this garbage. This is why they have the opt out. They do not properly process opt outs.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This has been their common response.  I have put in to remove my address many times.  I provided documentation of putting in my address to be removed again when I submitted this complaint.  They are saying they removed my address this afternoon.  What happened all the other times I requested this?  It is obvious when you put in these requests ValPak does not take it seriously.  The address should have been removed a while ago. I am way past 2-3 more mailings and my address was still on their list.  They should be able to go into their mailing process and remove the envelopes.  This is their error and I shouldnt have to keep guessing whether they really did it this time.  I think if they have an advertiser not paying for their services, the advertiser would not get 2-3 more mailings after they stopped paying for ValPaks services.

    I requested Valpak to remove me from their physical mailing list a few years ago, which they honored. I understood after a few years, I would have to request this again. Mailings resumed in July of last year and I have repeatedly tried to use Valpak's address removal form on their website (https://valpak.com/remove-address). I understood that there may be 2-3 more months of mailings, but I continue to receive Valpak mailings, but it has been longer than 2-3 months. Valpak does not acknowledge via e-mail that my address has been removed since they never request an e-mail address and the only confirmation one receives is a message on the website that the process has been successful.

    Company continues to send unwanted advertising envelopes despite completing their on-line Mailing List Removal Requests. I first submitted the completed form on 03/29/22, then submitted it again on 07/17/22. Yet I continue to receive their unwanted mailings. Despite their statement that "you may receive 2-3 more mailings", I received mailings on 04/19/22, 05/14/22, 05/31/22, 06/24/22, 07/14/22, and 08/03/22.

Please make sure that you remove the not only the address with the unit number, but also the address with the APT number that was used in the July 14th the Valpak I received. Please be advised, since you acknowledged receiving this complaint from the BBB, I am putting Valpak on notice that this document will be retained and used in a court of law if I receive a 4th envelope. Notice I said 4th envelope, because you said I should "receive 2-3 more envelopes due to print lead times."

    I received value pack 7/12/22 in the envelope there was a ad for Guns & Ammo in Ridley Park Pa. Nothing about age or back ground check. Do I have to tell you how dangerous this is. Especially in the country we now live in. I hope BBB considers taking action. Thank you

    I'm trying to permanently stop Valpak coupons from coming to my home mailbox. On June 2, 2020, I submitted an online form request to remove my home address. On August 5, 2020, I submitted the online removal request again. On July 6, 2022, I received the Valpak coupons again in my mailbox. On July 6, I emailed Valpak to remove my home address. I also filled out the online address removal form AGAIN on July 7, 2022. I am unable to contact anybody in the Valpak Phoenix AZ office. So...for good measure, I am filing a complaint with the BBB in order to put an end to this ridiculous game! I had this same problem with Valpak back in MN, and now here in AZ! Reading other complaints, obviously I'm not the only person to be frustrated with this process of submitting the online removal form, but still getting these unwanted junk mailings. Please advise!

    This company has restarted the mailing of unsolicited offers (a.k.a. envelopes with coupons) to our residence address after we had filed a request to unsubscribe from their system around two years ago. Until today, coupons had stopped being delivered to our address but for some odd reason they are starting to be mailed to us again. I am attaching a copy of the address portion of the mailer we received today for reference. We are not sure why this is happening again. We kindly ask that our address be permanently and completely removed from the ValPak Direct Marketing Systems, Inc. system. Thank you for your understanding.
