    On April 2nd of 2022, we purchased over $2,200 of furniture from the ******s Furniture store in **********, **. Opening up a credit card at purchase prompted us to receive Elite rewards in a form of a credit card which sounded like a win win. We waited the proper time of a few months after delivery and now its been well over a year and have yet to receive our rewards. Weve even paid our account completely off and weve received no gift card. Ive called the ********** store which refers me to Elite Rewards. Ive been in email contact (many emails) with Elite and its some technical number that was never on our receipt which is required for payment. If ****** is pushing for customers to spend more money to receive elite rewards then we should receive our rewards. *** called ****** a dozen times as well as Elite Rewards and I have to give them the whole story over and over and I never her back from anyone willing to help fix our receipt. This company is unreliable, and we will never shop at ****** again.

    On May of 2022, we purchased over $2,000 of furniture from the Ashleys Furniture store in ********, *****. We normally would never open up a credit card account, but the sales agent convinced ** to do so because we would get a gift card with over $200 on it. Being tight on money, that sounded really good. Well, its been 5 months since the furniture has been delivered and our account completely paid off and weve received no gift card. Ive called ******* 10 different times and now Elite Rewards isnt even replying to them. This company is sketchy and no national brand should be working them.

    I received a voucher from the *************** Constitution Reward card for extending my subscription with a credit card. Voucher number entered several times. Was informed the voucher number was not valid. After being put on hold for a while, they send you to a nonexistent number and hang up on you. Email complaint form times you out before you finish entering the information. Horrible, dishonest people.

As of this date, no card has been sent. It&#**;s just the principle of the thing at this point. I was promised two times a card was being sent and still no card, Electronic or otherwise.

    I made a purchase at Ashley ********* and was promised an Elite Reward MC with Delivery.They never honored their promise. I have placed numerous calls to ****** and was put on hold, hung up on, and told it was not their concern. The number to Elite is constantly a fast busy and the whole process has been disrespectful to my time. As far as I am concerned ********************** should ensure that customers are receiving what is promised in store. I will continue to call and hope that someone answers that understands this is absolute fraud. Bait and Switch!!!!! I want what was promised for my purchase.

    I purchased a couch and the promo was a prepaid Master Card $130.00 (Elite Rewareds) to be mailed to me within a few weeks. I bought the couch in April of 2022 and here it is now Oct 17th of 2022 and still nothing. I have gone into the store countless times for an update, I have talked to managers for assistance, I have done chat on the webstite and they tell me they can do nothing to go back to the store, I have called no answer on hold for quite sometime. This ****** store is really bad with customer service and making an effort to solve my problem. I have not gotten an email about vouchers but I sure did get a email about the survey and I gave a really good one that I so regret. The store I purchased at was 81 ****************************************. Can anyone assist me with this issue please....

    I purchased furniture in June and was promised that I would receive a gift card for $800 within a month. After several months passed I followed up and was directed to a different company handling the rewards and they sent me 8 voucher codes to redeem 8 separate gift cards. Upon following instructions to redeem each voucher, I was only able to redeem 7 out of the 8 vouchers. I thoroughly checked all 8 emails and it said that each voucher was redeemed even though the account only shows that 7 cards were redeemed. I contacted the company numerous times and they eventually sent me a replacement voucher. I followed the instructions to redeem the voucher again and requested that I receive a physical gift card. The company sent me a gift card and upon activation it only had $0.01 instead of $100. I contacted the company numerous times to let them know that the card was compromised while it was in their possession because it only had $99.99 was missing before I even activated it. The company is stalling to resolve the complaint and replace the gift card. This whole company seems like a fraudulent scam and the service representatives talk in circles without actually doing anything to help. It should not be my responsibility to report fraud on a card that was compromised when they had it. They have all the information about whatever money was taken out of the account when it was in their possession before I even activated it.

     I am rejecting this response because the company has not taken any additional action to resolve the complaint.  They said that they would look into it to resolve it and gave me an email to reach out to but then basically proceeded with the same ***** day process to investigate that made me file the complaint.  ************ failed to send the card a month after purchase in June like they stated.  It is now October and I have sent numerous emails trying to resolve this over the last few months and the company sends responses without actually doing anything to fix it.  It should not take 5 months to send a $100 gift card

    I purchased $2794.94 in mattresses from ************************************************ in *******, ** on 05/01/2022 that was supposed to provide me with a $200.00 Rewards Voucher from Elite Rewards within 4-7 weeks. After waiting for more than 2 months for the vouchers, I contacted ****** who provided me with the ***** number to Elite Rewards. Elite Rewards **************** contacted me via email within a week and confirmed my eligibility for the $200 voucher, but told me it would be another 4-6 weeks to receive the vouchers. After waiting another 2 months, I contacted their **************** (CS) and they apologized for the delay and reconfirmed my eligibility and stated my issue had been raised to their management team and would be resolved within 7 days. After waiting 2 more weeks with no contact, I emailed their CS again and was told my issue had now been elevated back to the Operations Manager at Ashley ********** I then contacted ******* CS rep who then emailed Elite Rewards telling them it was their issue to resolve because the proper paperwork had been sent to Elite Rewards for payment. It has now been 5 months since the original purchase and at least 3 months of back and forth emails between Elite Rewards and ****** with no resolution. I gave both companies ample time to get this resolved before elevating my complaint. I have still not received my $200 in vouchers from Elite Rewards.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I think it important to state that Elite Rewards needs to do a top-down review of how they handle future complaints of this nature through their **************** department.  Prior to filing my complaint with the BBB, I exchanged dozens of emails with Elite Rewards **************** over a period of several (5) months.  In  every email I was assured of  my eligibility for the reward and that the vouchers would be forthcoming yet nothing ever got done. It was only after filing a complaint with the BBB did they finally take action.  Prior to filing, I reviewed every complaint filed with the BBB against Elite Rewards associated with ********************** purchases and every one shared a similar, recurring theme....back and forth emails with ****************, assurances of eligibility, then elevation to management, and then nothing for weeks.  I wasted several  hours of my time trying to get this resolved through **************** and yet it got resolved 1 day after filing a complaint with the BBB.   

    The process for getting the rewards vouchers is too cumbersome, takes way too long, and is filled with bureaucratic delays that I believe are intentionally designed to frustrate the customer to the point they either forget about the reward or give up on trying to get it...a process I am certain is to the benefit of Elite Rewards.  I will never purchase another piece of furniture or any other item that advertises a  cash or credit card reward through Elite Rewards.  And although I suspect they did not have any direct involvement in my situation once my purchase was made, this whole experience unfortunately has stained my opinion of ****** Home Furnishings.

    On 5/30/2022 I made a furniture purchase with Ashley ********** I was told that in 8 weeks, I would receive $400.00 Elite Rewards. On 9/9/2022 I received $300.00 of digital rewards and by 9/11/2022 $200.00 of those digital rewards were compromised with online fraud. I have called ****** to rectify the reward difference and they washed their hands with me and told me to contact Elite Rewards. Elite Rewards never answers their phone nor email. I have called MyPrepaidCenter to rectify the fraud and am getting nowhere regarding the fraud. ******, Elite Rewards program and ***************** are a joke.

All furniture was delivered in July, but 2 months later, I still have not received the rewards. I've reached out several times, so far no one has contacted me or tried to resolve this. The sales orders for that day were ********** and **********.
