No integrity, rude and poor customer service, failed to meet deadlines and their guarantee, ha!, they won't stand by it. They charged extra fee and then didn't deliver the service. 4 days past agreed upon deliver date they are yet to complete the services that were paid for completely. Their agreement meant nothing and won't make an honorable gesture to make it right even though they jeopardized a half million dollar deal, mind you that everyone else that hadn't gotten paid yet busted their butts to keep together because these unprofessional people couldn't perform. Find someone else to do it even if it's more expense, it's worth the honest exchange.

We ordered a land survey for one of our properties and paid for the survey markers. First Choice Surveying Inc had installed only three markers out of four for one for each corner. When being notified by phone and several emails about a missing marker, they responded with the following message "If you are needing us to return for a re-stake, there will be an additional fee as quoted below". First Choice Surveying Inc must complete the job that it has been already paid for (by installing ALL necessary survey marks) or they must to refund all our money for the incomplete job. We were planning to use this company for three more properties, but now are going to stay away from First Choice Surveying Inc. We would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a land survey.First Choice Surveying, Inc. Response

Good afternoon. We completed a survey of your property on May 27th. At the time the field work was conducted on May 26th, we located the 2 front property corners and marked them with wooden stakes. The back 2 corners were not found. When property corners are not able to be found at the time we conduct the field work, (as it was with your property) it requires us to make another trip to the property. We complete the survey and then send our crews back to the property to set and mark those corners. We returned to your property on May 31st and set and marked those back 2 corners with wooden stakes. All four corners of your property have been marked. When you reached out to us requesting us to mark your corners, we informed you that we had already marked them all and that there would be an additional fee for us to come back and mark them again. We also sent you pictures showing that all 4 corners have been marked. Unfortunately, wooden stakes are not a permanent marker and can be removed. There are additional fees for us to mark corners that we have already marked. If you would like us to return to remark the property corners, we are happy to do so, just contact our office to make payment arrangements.
