On 12/19/2022 at 8:41 AM I had a written purchase agreement with this dealership, I was in the process of getting the wire information to wire the funds on a 2021 ************** And at 9:00 AM someone walked in the dealership when they opened they're doors and they sold the care from underneath me! I have the salesman name and all the corresponding texts that were made.

This customer was out of state, our communication was via email and phone. He asked us to send pricing information to negotiate, at the same time another customer walked in the door and purchased the related unit. Nothing was completed or signed by the out of state customer to show he was buying or wanted to buy the unit. We had no obligation to hold or even think this person was purchasing the unit.

I have called the dealership and my salesman, Champ, several times and no response. I have 2021 ford explorer with all the warranties and the dealership or refuses to honor it and repair fading pinstriping that the dealership had done BEFORE I purchased the vehicle. The car came with pinstriping, I had no say in the matter. The pinstripe started fading on the driver side and the dealership repaired it; and now the passenger side pinstriping is fading and the dealership refuses to fix it. The car is under full warranty and they will not fix the pinstriping. All I'm asking is that the dealership stand up to their side of the warranty and fix the pinstriping on a new car.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/15) */ issue resolved. Replaced pinstripe Customer happy Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/10/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The dealership has corrected the pinstriping issue.

I purchased a Ford F-150 truck with a full extended warranty in CA. Moved to FL came in because I was having engine trouble. When I brought the vehicle in on 3/11/22 was told I need a new engine and was under warranty. Was told that an engine would be 6-20 weeks due to Covid they had to wait. It is now 6 months later and my calls are unanswered from the service manager, when I do get someone it is they don't know when it will come in still, texts asking for photos of the mileage with no obvious reason except I believe they are waiting for my warranty to expire. Now they are saying February 2023 for my engine... 11 months after it was ordered. Stay away from Ford. I'm selling my other Ford vehicles and never going back. I just want my damn engine expedited. My next step is getting an attorney and getting my money back on the vehicle all together.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/22) */ Contact Name and Title: Ryan B******** Director Contact Phone: 4073286176 Contact Email: bensfieldr@autonation.com unfortunately this is a Ford Motor Company backorder issue that we have no control over. We have been in continuous contact with the manufacturer throughout the entire process. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/09/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It doesn't excuse the lack of communication with us the customer waiting for 6 months with the excuse it is Covid and we don't have an estimate on how long, not returning calls and not providing documentation on the process when requesting several times. I asked for proof the engine was ordered on 3/11/22 i asked for proof of the time line and nothing. Waiting a year for an engine is laughable. If this one dies and the truck becomes unusable for months as a warranty issue will you provide a rental until Ford decides to grace us with a part? We need answers and no one has been willing to talk to us or give us the info we have requested several times through different Channels of communication. Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/10/11) */ Customer still has engine on order with Ford Motor Company
