Clients beware the salesman with the slick conversation is not the same one youre gonna be talking to in the end of this job and they do not take the responsibility for any damage they do to your property I have tried this company to do one of the buildings and when they finish the price was increased but not too crazy after thats when I authorise the rest of the buildings I received huge increase on every buildings and I was standing next to one of the building they working on and when the supervisor as the Worker in Spanish how many sheets of Wood you guys change he told him nine and he turned around look me in the face and he says 13, the owner of the company will call himself *** he was very unprofessional and he always insult people in his conversation and he just wanted to call you when he have a time does not concern if youre available or not by sending a message previously and when you start talking to him he said that he is recording the conversation at the end of the phone call and I have explained to him thats illegal for you to record anybody but I wish hes recorded and I have a copy of it so everybody can see that nobody should accept insults from anyone by keep using the word lies and you dont understand and similar comment as he doing his conversationReview from Sebastian C

I am writing to formally address an issue concerning the non-payment of sales commissions owed to me as a sales representative for [Legacy Roofing SRQ]. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter informally, the situation remains unresolved. I am entitled to receive commissions on the sales I have successfully closed. And have been installed. To date, I have not received the commissions for my installations. I kindly request that this matter be resolved promptly. I expect to receive the full payment of the outstanding commissions. I have called, left voicemails to the owners (Sam ****** & Jay ******) I trust that this matter will receive your immediate attention and look forward to your prompt response. I am most happy with Legacy roofing, they did what they promised me, when they promised me. My new roof looks great. Legacy roofing is roofing company that will take the time to answer all your questions and all your concerns. .legacy promised me a new roof for x dollars and when they started they found out that the roof was put on with a torch, and removing it would require x dollars extra to remove it. They also had to replace some bad wood as well. The extra cost was minimal and I cant complain. Thank You LegacyReview from Bill S

They bug the **** outta you to come give you an estimate, but if you dont have a 20 year old roof they arent interestedthen they forget they already contacted you and the 8 AM texts start again..OY!!! I have a small leak after *** but my roof is 3 yrs oldthey wont come out to give an estimate unless they think its a full roof replacement.Review from Stefan D

Signed a contract to have metal roof replaced, contract was to be completed 4-8 weeks. Already 5 weeks have gone by and have not order material material, metal takes 2-4 weeks to be cut and delivered.. When contacted company I just get excuses. The sales person has tried to get things moving but as he said "can't get them off their ***". Even tried to call owner but never returned my call. The do NOT honor their word.Review from John T
