I Never received my order, even after contacting support, no answer to my email, no tracking number...scam

Hey *******, did you ever notice that almost all our 5 star reviews have been removed. We had LOTS of them. Why do you think the BBB did that? Because folks are catching on to how crooked they are? YES. Those 5 star reviews that were ALL removed spoke clearly to the scandal of the BBB in posting such garbage from so many non-customers. Folks are not as dumb as ....well... you think.

Are these people still in business? They are supposed to have an online store and an international one as well. I placed an order Oct. 15 for 14 pocket sized books for $113. No response, no books, no receipt, phone is full and cannot take any messages. This happened last time, but these people have the books I need and no one else does. I emailed 3 times and today and fax is not working. this is a pathetic disgrace, as evidenced by the other complaints as well. Their excuses are the same every time. If this is a real business, they should not have a license to sell.**********

Yes, we are in business. We have shipped over 1 MILLION orders globally in our 18 year history. We have apparently distressed 7 customers in that time who have been rather brutal in their letters to the BBB. (Who by the way, checks out NOTHING. The BBB just posts spicy letters because they get paid by the number of clicks you all make on them). We have responded to you, the books did not ship because a dear friend priest was dying. I knew I would take an arrow to the heart if I attended to him in his final days, but that was just far more important. You may call me whatever you like. You are right. I am a liar, thief, pathetic disgrace, useless eater, waste of human flesh, full of excuses, recovering from a catastrophic fire, hero to all those cured of COVID by our Epiphany salt, long-suffering, tolerating abusive people kindly, hard-working (***** hour days!) and hated by SEVEN customers out of 1 MILLION. Not bad odds. This type of hatred used to bother me, but I just pray for the poor folks who live in such torment. I live in a blessed peace that comes from the God who deeply loves me. You have your refund. There is nothing to do here. Your order is canceled as you requested.

I placed an order on 09/25/23 and hadnt received any updates, so I reached out on 10/04/23 asking if there was an update and kindly letting the business owner know that no one can leave a voicemail since the voicemail box was full.This was her response:I cannot keep up with the phone messages. I cannot keep up with the emails. I cannot keep up with the orders pouring in. I am one person doing the job of 12 full time people. Thank you for your patience, I will ship it as soon as it comes up.Prior to this email, an automated email came through saying that she had volunteers there helping her till 10/08 so that she could get the backlog of orders caught up with and shipped out.I have still not heard back from ******** on this order, even after another follow up email was sent on 10/19.After seeing all these reviews, it saddens me that people have had to wait months to years. I reached out to a local religious store that USED TO purchase from here and they said the same thing. That she stopped responding to emails and phone calls, BUT before, would tell her all the many reasons why books/items hadnt been shipped out.Fire Covid ******************** wanting to work Its a shame.

This letter is yet another hoax.

The reviews are written mostly by satanists who have decided to destroy our ministry while we are recovering from a catastrophic fire. They are also written by Christians with little or no discernment or virtue who follow the wicked people like cattle with a ring in their nose. The BBB is a pay-to-play organization and we refuse to "pay" protection money. *** good name speaks for itself. *** REAL customers know this. I also note that you claim to be *********************, yet no customer in our database HAS that name. So you must be one of the wicked ones using a false alias to try to destroy our good name. I have news for you *****, GOD WINS. Every time. AND He knows who you really are. May your own wickedness fall back upon your own head so that you suffer your own evil. May *** Lady wrap you in her mantle and offer your sufferings to God for your salvation so that even you, may one day be with us in paradise.

While we have not ordered from them in some time, it is very complicated these days to obtain exorcised salt, and the Association of the Precious Blood is able to provide this wonderful sacramental for free as long as we cover shipping. They also often send additional gifts such as holy cards and on one occasion we received a medal of the Holy Face, to which we happen to be truly devoted. The group has expressed its fidelity to the Church and the **** so we have absolutely no complaints and we are certain of their sincerity, kindness, and devotion.

Thank you for your kindness, for this we are truly thankful. At a time when folks should be assisting us to rebuild and recover after a major arson fire, we are instead defending ourselves from a handful of folks promoting such slander and lies as to make one's head spin. Over a million orders have shipped world-wide in the past 18 years and to have only 5 or 6 complaints (and not even for valid reasons!) pop up only after the catastrophic fire is actually very, very good odds indeed. Absolute scam. I ordered an item but didnt get a confirmation. Sent an email asking if the item had been sent and got no response. Then I get a nasty email saying that all I had to do was ask for a refund once PayPal got involved when in reality, all they had to do was say yes or no to my email about the item. Luckily I paid with PayPal. I requested to them that I get my money back.

Wow ****** You KNOW we had a fire and that we have no customer service desk, right? You DID get responded to, just not instantly. The "nasty letter" as you call it, was a plea to you to allow me to make your refund so you would not be charging us a $40 fee to involve your charge card company. I'm not sure how that was construed as nasty. But PayPal has our back, so they cleared the fee for us (because they KNOW we are not a scam and that we had a major disaster....good folks!) I'm not sure who you are or where you come from, but you are certainly not a part of this ministry. Please look elsewhere for your sacramentals and try to find peace in this world. ***** finds it very easy to move folks who believe themselves to be Christians, to do HIS work and destroy God's work. Don't allow the evil one to make a fool, of you too. Remember, one day you and I will be seated together at a banquet in heaven at the supper of the Lord. That will be an awkward meal for you, won't it? I have done you no wrong. My conscience is clear. Go in peace and try to be kind.

I am very happy with what I was able to get from ******** at the Precious Blood association. The blessed holy water and the blessed salt. Was a blessing for our family. This recovery from the fire has taken longer than expected (because it was done during COVID, so that added to our troubles!) but we HAVE come back against incredible odds and continue to supply for the faithful, the most powerful sacramentals we can bring to you. Patty from the Precious Blood International is a scammer and compulsive liar , also a thief , she promised if i pay the additional $25 she will send the crucifix, she is quick to ask and take your money but slow and never responds , and 7 months later still no crucifix, she lies, lies and more lies, she is a servant of the devil,four times i rang her and she said it is going out tomorrow and she will send out the tracking number, that was 2 months ago and four international calls later, if you want to be lied to give her your money, compulsive liar that says she is a hermit, she is no Saint Charbel, Everybody who has asked to purchase the agonizing crucifix go to the banks and report her and ask the bank to refund your money , do not ask her. i believe she is an imposter fake christian giving christians and the precious blood international association a terrible name, she is torment to the soul.

I cannot resolve this situation since the order you speak of is not yours and the woman who owns this order, is patiently waiting for us to ship it out.

Imagine a business where they give a free platform to workers of evil to destroy ministries nationally. It exists and it is called the BBB. They are a souless organization that checks out nothing but drives ministries out of business by attempting to drive away their customer base and devotees. I placed an order 6 months ago and till today i have not received the crucifix. I have to write to them so many times and they do not respond and keep giving you all the possible lies , and more lies. The keep telling me about a fire & LOL i think this is a total scam. They do not have a voicemail and when you call then they are praying for you - PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY They now tell me that if i need my order to DONATE NOW an extra $22.50 and it will be shipped the next day:(. How come if you pay more money they will ship it , this is a scam Am not sure why a catholic institution is doing such damage and may be the cardinal and the **** needs to intervene as yes this is a SCAM

You placed an order for a sacramental that is in queue due to the high demand world-wide. You saw the notice when you placed the order on our website that they are in queue at this time. When you contacted us in confusion, we explained everything to you again. You did not want to wait your turn, because you are a very important person, more important than the 600 others ahead of you, that you wanted to be set ahead of everyone to the front of the line. We explained that the only way for you to move to the front is to fly in the parts and pay the air cargo fee to do so ($22.50). THAT would put you at the front of the line because the other folks who are patiently waiting and NOT writing scandalous letters to the BBB (who investigates nothing) have decided they will wait and do not want to pay the expedite fee. That's OK. It is YOUR choice. We gave you your options and you made your choice like an adult, Christian **** Now accept your decision and live in peace with it. We offered you a full refund, but since you have ALSO received a $41 CREDIT from us, you did not want to cancel your order because you would lose that credit. So the bottom line here is, you have believed ******************' lies that the BBB has posted for years (even though they KNOW she is lying and spreading scandal). You fell for it and now you look silly too just as she does. You can remove this post or you will need to stand by your lack of integrity and take what comes as people see you for who you really are. Your name is on your letter ****. And we can use it to spread the truth just as you are using to to spread lies. *** will be your judge as he is also ours. We pray for you. Have you ever noticed that there are only 5 star reviews (from REAL customers) and 1 star reviews (from the wicked folks trying to destroy our ministry) and NOTHING in between? Just saying....If you are a smart person you will be able to pick up on this. The BBB is a pay-to-play organization. If we PAY the protection fee they are asking for, they will make sure we don't get bad reviews....Hmmmm...sounds like hush money doesn't it?
