    I bought an expensive ************ on Feb. 22, 2024. During early July in the summer at *********** it froze up. The attendant stated that it appeared to be an old motor that had been cleaned and sold for $300.     As other reviews stated, its a crooked company that doesnt stand behind their product. Sent me 2 bad motors and wont give me my money back. Claims the motor I returned worked perfectly. Over $400 in the trash, do not make the mistake of doing business with this company. Bought a motor from another manufacturer that is working perfectly.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!! I wish I had come here to read the reviews first before opening the door to these scammers. What a waste of my money and time! The first motor they sent was defective upon arrival, they sent a second one out, and that lasted about one month then the motor seized up and that was it for that one. They have ignored my call and email now. How do these people sleep at night knowing they are doing business like this??? I even threatened to write a review with the BBB, and the owner said that they can pay the BBB to remove reviews if they paid them money to, and that the BBB supports terrorist organizations. I think United HVAC motors is a terrorist organization, because terrorists like to strike fear in people (meaning if the word) and thats what theyre best at, not customer satisfaction! They will steal your money over and over!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!!

    I experienced the same as other reviewers. Purchased the motor on a Friday, received on a Wednesday (5 days), and a vacation got in the way (7 days). Installed by a pro after getting on the calendar (4 days). A week passed plus a weekend (9 days), the motor quits. Sent back by *** (3 days).No return accepted due to an unreasonable and purposefully designed bogus return policy of 21 days from order date. Absorbing a restocking fee on the weak motor originally sent would have been painful but accepted. No luck here.I was forced to purchase a new HVAC due to **************************************************************************** the middle of summer.

    I purchased a motor for my a/c unit at the beginning of 7/2023. When the motor came in the mail and I put it in, it did not work. I have experience with HVAC, but I also called a peer of mine who does hvac for a living and he confirmed that it was not working. I filed a warranty claim on it through the website as instructed, and requested a refund rather than a replacement. It stated that I had 21 days to *********** back, claim was started on 7/11 and the motor was received by united HVAC on 7/24. It only took 13 day from the claim being started until they received it back. It is now 8/23 and I still have yet to receive any type of refund on the product bought which originally cost $300. I have emailed customer service multiple times to let them know and tried calling but have gotten no response. Meanwhile, my house has sat in 100 degree weather with no a/c for over a month now. Im waiting on that refund to purchase a new motor for the a/c. This company has now just stolen my money.

    Buyer beware. Purchased a rebuilt motor and it did not work. My Trane certified technician told me that the motor was not working and when I returned they charged me 120 return stock fee and shipping. Again for a motor that did not work.... never buy from them. They never responded.

    Do not buy from this company! I purchased a remanufactured blower motor (Order#*****). On November 21, 2022. I was out of town for the weekend and had the motor installed the day before Thanksgiving. The motor worked fine initially, however, it soon failed on December 19th. This is outside the "21 day return policy". I contacted their phone number, no response. I contacted their tech support email. Again, no response. I called 2 more times, and emailed their customer service email. I had the motor checked by a local, reputable HVAC company on December 20th. My wife and I decided to replace the entire system because severe cold weather was headed our way this week. I finally received an email from their customer service saying that they can only replace the item. That is unacceptable, their product didn't even get us through the season, it failed AFTER the 21 day return policy. Because the weather here has been into the 20's at night (expected to be 7* tonight Dec 23/2022), and the house temperature has dropped into the 40's, we have children and elderly people in our house. We had no choice but to buy a new system and CANNOT rely on UnitedHVACMotors to delivery a working motor in time, nor would I trust another motor from them.Do yourself a favor, buy a new motor from the manufacturer, avoid this remanufacturer at all costs because they are just taking your hard-earned money. Look at their rating, I didn't before I thought I could save some money.

    I paid 2 times for the same part they refund my money the first time and I want to return the second part too because is not good but they told me it's no possible.That company offer one year of warranty my order was July 13 2021 and they don't want that I return the second part to the company to get my money refund and My order is XXXXX it's not 1 year yet ******* ****
